I called them to make a Complaint with their Kroger pickup at the Dacula location. They were a joke. It was a waste of time out of my day. They did nothing or the location. 0 star.
Can you please do something about the Rude front end employee name Krystal. I was a customer there today and standing up front waiting on another shopper the came with me. Instead of Krystal saying “excuse me” trying to get by me she said “you need to move”. Absolutely rude and disrespectful. This location at thorton rd in Lithia springs seems to always have some rude lady at the front end. This will be the last time i shop here. As well as letting everyone else i know that lives near there How rude and disrespectful your employees are. PEOPLE HAVE TO SPEND TO MUCH MONEY TO DEAL WITH RUDE EMPLOYEES AND PERSONALLY I WOULD RATHER SPEND DOUBLE AND GO TO PUBLIX WHERE THINGS ARE IN STOCK STORE IS CLEAN AND EMPLOYEES TREAT SHOPPERS WITH RESPECT
Trying to get medicine at bardstown ky kroger, waited in line for 20 minutes 2 people ahead of me & they close for lunch even though they have many employees & could stagger their lunch time, said corporate made the decision just want you to know I will never get another prescription filled at kroger. Another thing they never answer the phone here either..
Horrible customer service. Purchased Google Play gift cards from Kroger which apparently have no value or unable to redeem. Kroger simply transfers you to their "useless" customer service reps in the Philippines who apparently are useless in such a matter. Kroger simply says that they have no responsibility even though their store sold the gift cards. Someone is scamming the customer and it is unknown whether it is Kroger or Google Play. Either way... Kroger should assume responsibility for products they sell.
I called to report my terrible customer service experiences at the Glenwood Ave and Flat Shoals Parkway store locations, and Ella hung up on me. She asked me for the store zip code. She works for Kroger and expects me to know their zip codes. I see why the corporate rating is 2.7. A good example of weak leadership. I wish I could give a negative 100 score. Unacceptable customer service!!!
I will never shop at kroger again. They only have self checkout and NO ONE to talk to. Spent an hour shopping for things just to realize I need to scan over 60 items myself, using a tiny surface with no room to put anything.This place is an absolute joke. I will be using publix from now on
I just want to share my experience at your Forest Park, GA distribution center. Worst experience ever! I’m a owner/operator truckload carrier. I arrived for my 14:00 appointment at 11:30 and was sent to their truck parking/staging area. At 14:30 thirty minutes past my delivery appointment time I was assigned a door. I was delivering a truckload of flowers with a temperature setting of 36 degrees. I was told to open the doors and someone would call me when the unloading was complete. At 23:30 after no one entered my trailer for over 10 hrs.I went inside to speak with a supervisor to find out what was taking so long. I was greeted by a very rude young lady that told me the supervisor wasn’t available and to go back to my truck and wait. At 02:46 I was called and told my paperwork was ready. That was twelve hours that I spent at the dock with my doors open and Reefer unit running.I don’t understand why I as a small business trucking company can’t be late for my appointment or it will be rescheduled. If Kroger/Capstone/Americold wants to take as long as they want why can’t I leave and reschedule with a fee my service!I would have gladly unloaded my trailer by myself and in a much more timely matter! Unfortunately Kroger doesn’t allow drivers on their dock.Basically I was held hostage for over nine hrs without being compensated for my time or the use of my equipment.This is unfair business practices by the largest grocery store chain in America!!I will never deliver another Kroger load to any Kroger Distribution Center!! And if all the other Independent trucking companies would stop delivering to your facilities you might realize the value of our services.
I’m having the most difficult time receiving a refund for money orders that I purchased from Kroger. They say they’re no longer giving refunds but someone in corporate already promised that they would if Western Union will refund the money back to them. Western Union has done that and I still haven’t been contacted to receive my refund. I wish I would have just gone to Walmart instead.
Kroger stores in hall county Georgia are a mess. I would have given you negative stars if possible. This isn’t a new thing since Covid, they have been a mess for at least the past 5 years. The shelves appear to have not been fronted in months; I had to get on the floor to pull out a box of dog bones from the back of the bottom shelf. ( winder store) The produce seemed old; there was a cart of dairy waiting for someone to stock it, and the items on top ( bagged cheese) was warm to the touch. I’m done. I can’t shop at a dirty unfriendly grocery store. PS. All of the Kroger stores near me are terrible. Who is in charge???Good thing that “union” is working for you. . . Never again!!
Kroger completely ticked me off. I am writing a review cause this is the second time…. First time their card machine wasn’t working for grocery pick up. The guy was very helpful and trying to figure out why, but I did have to go inside to pay. Ok no problem. Second time, I get a text at 1245 that my 1pm order wouldn’t be ready until 2. I was already out so I had to wait. I waited almost 2 hours….. I get my groceries and the new girl doesn’t go over my order with me so im looking at it cause I see a lot missing. She literally let me drive off without paying didn’t ask for payment and then Kroger had the nerve to call me to come back. Are you serious
