Hot glaze still great but price like everything else is too high for a single donut. 3 pack now almost $5 & dozen $13+. I'm gonna learn how to make my own. I'm just saying ☺️
I usually like this location, but I did have one bad experience recently and I’m only bringing it up bc I feel it’s relevant to the times. I placed my order and pulled up to the window. The young lady processed my order with the same gloves she used to prepare my order. . . No ma’am. That’s called cross contamination and it defeats the purpose of having gloves if you’re going to do that. I asked her about it in a light manner. She said that she did carry out what I had witnessed. Okay boom. So she said she’d fix me another box. Why did it take 5 minutes to throw three doughnuts in a box for the correction? And the doughnuts weren’t warm, so I wasn’t waiting on them to be fresh. A different girl handed me the box as she rolled her eyes. Didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, none of that. When I got home I THREW THOSE DOUGHNUTS STRAIGHT IN THE TRASH. Idk for sure if anything was done to the doughnuts but I know for a fact I didn’t trust them. KK got a $5 donation from me that day.
The line moved really slow during a morning visit. The hot sign wasn't on, and barely anyone was inside the establishment, so I don't know why the drive-thru line was moving so slow. They could've been short-staffed as well.
Sitting in line waiting for donuts today once I got to the window to pay for order I paid cash and didn't have 3 pennies to get my correct change back I was told they where $2 short from my correct change back so I end up getting my money back and not receving any donuts and the manger was rude as if she had an attitude and slam the window.Poor customer service and really need to get change in draws for customers.What is this world coming to.Now I have to find another Krispy Cream.
They are slow and ghetto. The cashier in the window attitude was so nasty I just drove off without ordering .
Since I love Krispy Kreme coffee & donuts & that is the busy donuts shop at the west end area of Atlanta,Ga, I can't understand why it not fully shift of employees that place should have full staffs, but no matter the wait I love their donuts
There was a concern we had about the website. All 2022 graduates were able to pick up one dozen of donuts between these dates (May 25-29th). Free no charge. We attempted to get the dozen, but was rudely told, we only had one day that day was the 25th of May. We were busy getting to the stadium and parking and so on and so on and the time passed. Therefore we assumed the website had stated the above dates of participants and proceed to do the drive Tru. The team member stated there would be a $50.01 charge for our one dozen of donuts. The display stated the price for these donuts were. $15.49. We had concerns about the prices and the mis representation from the website. Please May we ask to have an general manager contact us about these issues ?
Both website and maps need to be updated to reflect actual hours. We ordered 168 donuts online which offered a pickup time of 10:15. However, when we arrived, they were closing and claimed that we had put in the order late despite putting it in the previous day. We were charged the money but could not get our donuts at the specified time.
Well 1st off. They had the doors locked for no reason. The staff was just sitting around on theiir phones meanwhile the drive thru line was all the way down the street. And the woman Taking to us was rude But i don't think they cared. Now we ALL KNOW that when the hot n ready sign is on, you get a free glazed doughnut. But the told us no.??♀️??♀️??♀️ we still got some doughnuts to though.
I came to this location on the night of March 20, 2022 at approximately 9:15pm to try the new cinnamon rolls and to pick up a dozen glazed. Unfortunately I was unable to do either, as the drive through was blocked off AND the doors were locked! There was no posted notification or explanation as to why. Employees were seen seated in the dining room eating doughnuts as well as behind the service line.....but serving no one. I will never return to this location again!
