We found this place by accident today, and were delighted. The restaurant is tucked into a small building in the same parking lot as The Home Depot, Accross from the Ponce City Market. They serve a number of apps. Several variations on ramen and a few rice dishes. They really have some beautiful and tasty ingredients, that you don’t typically see in ramen. I got the veggie ramen with crispy tofu and couldn’t get enough. If you like ramen, I would highly encourage you to give these folks a shot, it’s not your every day ramen.
The noodle bowls are delicious and very flavorful. It is a small restaurant so if you want to eat in come early. The sweet tea they serve is a very different taste. I will definitely be back for the noodle bowls.
Ramen was excellent. I got the level 5 chicken ultra spicy tori paitan myself and was very happy with it. I love spicy food so I felt like it could’ve used more heat but was happy overall. The portions look small in the pictures but they are actually quite large. I was full after eating half of the serving so you could probably even split the dish with another person. My party ordered fish, pork, chicken, and teriyaki AND nobody complained about their meal. It’s really that good! Servers were super nice and restaurant itself was clean. We went on a Sunday at noon and were seated immediately. Be aware that they automatically add an 18% gratuity tip to any party 4 and over. Definitely recommend!
I had such a pleasant dining experience. The waiter Christian was very knowledgeable and patient. It was my first time dining here and he took time and educated me on the menu and their offerings. If you are in the Ponce City Market area this restaurant is definitely a vibe!!! Must try!!!
Great food and services. The ramen was so delicious along with fried squid appetizers, spicy cucumber and pork belly. We will go back again to try another ramen.
This is small and cute location. Seating time is 1.5 hrs. Ample parking in the shopping center. Ponce City Market is right across the street. Staff is pleasant and food is good.
This place is amazing!! I went with my best friend the other day and we enjoy it. The ambiance was really chill. The customer service was subpar and the food was delicious. I recommend anyone that loves ramen, to try this place out. I’ll be back sooner than later!
The food’s ok - the noodles are produced in some factory far away and the char siu needed to marinate more. The broth tasted fine. Okonomiyaki was actually not bad, I liked that they put shrimp pieces in it. The action figures brought back some great memories - they even had a GLITTER TIGA figurine!!!
Food was good but service left much to be desired. Our waiter’s attitude ranged from indifferent to annoyed, like taking our order was a great inconvenience to him, and he also got it wrong. The worst of it was that one of our ramens was completely forgotten - we only got it after reminding various staff multiple times. It finally arrived when we were all nearly done eating. It’s obvious that it was forgotten and not just slow to make, because a gentleman at the table next to us ordered the same ramen twenty minutes after us and got it 5 minutes earlier.Pros: the manager who seems to also be the bartender is really nice, and the ramen was good (though small in portion), but our waiter really ruined the entire experience for us and left a bad taste that the food couldn’t get rid of.
Unique and tasty! Fun seeing a lot of familiar anime used throughout the concepts. Health score was kind of concerning (81) but gave it a try anyway. whiskey sour was delicious. we tried the spicy miso and seafood ramen (level 4) SO GOOD. Loved the BOGO deal too. We will be back soon!
