Simply, I did not get what I ordered. I ordered a cake, cupcakes and cookies for my baby’s birthday party and during the ordering I asked Kimberly to have the cupcakes match the cake and cookies designed and was charged an extra fee but instead of what I asked for, the theme was printed on the cupcakes which I don’t like and made clear when ordering. I was really upset because I didn’t get any confirmation after paying, confirmation of delivery and with paying almost 300$ I thought I would see the desserts before the party. Although that upset me, the cake and cookies were beautiful and although the cupcakes didn’t look the way I wanted them too, everything tasted good.
This was our first time working with Kimberly, and we will definitely be back!! We bought several dozen for a birthday party. First off, the cupcakes were fantastic. They tasted homemade, and the amount of icing was really nice, not overdone.Everything leading up to the party is where Kimberly really shined, though. I had only a rough idea of what we wanted when I submitted an online inquiry. Kimberly reached out, got a good understanding of what we were looking for, and she basically took it from there, leaving me one less thing to worry about. Even payment was easy - all online. Perfectly themed cupcakes showed up on my doorstep the morning of the party, right on time. She even texted to let me know she was on the way. The whole process was seamless and easy, which was exactly what we needed!
Kim was so professional and punctual! My son's 1st birthday cake was so cute and delivered on time, as promised. I will definitely be placing other orders in the future!
Kimberly is absolutely amazing.I have been with her for 10 years now since my son’s graduation back in 2013. She has provided all of my cakes for all of my major celebrations.The flavor is always on point.The design is always above and beyond.Customer service is A1.She comes highly recommended.
I have had Kim bake me at many cakes already for many different events. 30th birthdays, my kids birthdays, husband's birthday. She always makes it happen. I usually just give her the base idea for the cake. The theme. And I let her freestyle to really let her creativity shine! Every cake has been marvelous and delicious. She is the best and I am so grateful to have a baker like Kim! I host a lot of events so she is a big part of the events I host! Thank you Kim!!!! Your cakes are the best!

Kimberly always come through for all my celebration needs. My sons 5th birthday Mickey mouse cupcakes were delicious! The turtle brownies and cream cheese brownies are also so delicious! You can't go wrong with anything from Kimberly!

Ordered my birthday cake/cupcakes and they were delicious! I showed her an example for the color scheme and it fit in perfectly! Not to mention the prices are beyond reasonable. This is definitely where I will be getting my cakes going forward!
