I've never been more let down by an ice cream place before... The workers were kind but I waited 20 minutes when I was at the very front of the line. I just stood there waiting and the workers that weren't occupied were just wandering around. The guy that served my ice cream didn't have on any gloves which was an ick. The ice cream itself was MID. I initially came here because of their high ratings and the amazing location in Hilton Head and Columbus but alas they didn't live up to the Kilwins standards. I'll just go to another location but this is not one I'd go back to. Maybe it was an off day for them...
The ice cream and sweets are good, but the workers treated us horribly. They were on their phones not paying attention to any of the guests until we walked in with a service dog, at which point they started screaming at us to get out. We repeatedly explained that it was a seeing eye dog, and they treated us extremely rudely as I had to explain to my visually-impaired friend the flavors.
Awesome eats! You may have to wait a little while to get what you want though. There's usually a lot of people in line for the tasty treats, but the wait is well worth it!
Walked in. ALL 5 employees…NOBODY SPOKE!! my cousin wanted some chocolate so bad. I refuse to spend a dime in this store. Once my cousin got to the register. The cashier spoke and kinda turned the 1 star into 2 stars. Definitely won’t be going back

Ice cream was very good. however one of the employees were very rude, didn’t greet us when walking in, she kept giving us dirty looks like she didn’t want do her job. ignored every time I was ready to order. She even messed up my ice cream cone by over filling it which caused it to melt all over the cone. Very unprofessional.

Nice selection of candy apples. Had three different types already and haven’t been dissatisfied nor disappointed. I figured it was time to give them a nice review and rating as well to support this business. Although the staff is young they are actually attentive, organized, kind and helpful. I would recommend this place to those whom crave sweet delicious treats. The hot cocoa is also pretty good. It’s not overly sweet it has a rich flavor on its own. If you are like me spike it up with some good old whiskey lol. Jk. My sugar mama loves this place.
Very over priced. Bought one Chocolate covered strawberries for $7 and Strawberry was old and mushy. Also got a 1/2 dozen of Chocolate cover cherries and they were super dry and tasted old. Had funny taste too. 1 ice cream scoop is $16. Seriously this is ridiculously expensive and not worth the money. Your better off at Häagen-Dazs would definitely not recommend. I know the Berries are not Dipped fresh cause the young man who rung me out told me they were a day old but should still be good. So I took a chance but won't get them again.
One Milkshake was $12. Three tiny nut clusters was $6.30. I’ve never been to a more overrated place. What a joke. I’ll never return. And the chocolate is basic and not worth the price. At all.
