Ordered açaí bowl and it was a nightmare.Strawberry was missing, I’d assume too much coconut milk or something else was added into the açaí which made it tastes like water.Plus, waited nearly 15mins for it.
Store hours are posted as 9a - ??. I sat out in my car waiting for 9a with my 3 year old, we watched the 2 employees walk in at exactly 9, we went in about 9:05a. Before even inside they asked us to come back later because “they just got there and weren’t open yet”.. watched them turn away 2 other customers ahead of me (not realizing that’s what was going on).. needless to say I didn’t and won’t go back.
The Manager David was so rude to me when I came in last week,very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never be coming to this location ever again!

Ordered 3 day Juice cleanse online 2 days prior and it wasn’t available when I went to pick up.she said she just saw it when I walked in and The only solution the girl had was a refund. Not make the juices; not try and put a package together from the juices they had; not expedite the juices to be made for pick up the same day....nothing. I asked to speak to a manager and she said that he said he was busy and gave her another manager’s number. The female managers solution was for me to place the order again. Pick up day one of the cleanse and come back another day for the other 2 days. Customer service is at an all time low. I’ve spent countless $ at this location but I Will drive farther out and patronize another juice bar going forward.

Strong smoothie game here. Get the Recovery smoothie or the Powerhouse. Both are delicious.
I love the kale me crazy franchise. I have ordered from 3 of the Atlanta locations: West Village, North Druid Hills, and Decatur. Neither of these locations disappointed me. The Recovery, Go Getter and Tropical Tripping smoothies are my top 3.
