A wonderful place to eat without guilt! The smoothies are the best and the food is very good and tasty…. The beets late is my favorite!
While the food here is delicious and one of the only healthy options for me to grab a healthy lunch and breakfast.The customer service and treatment from staff is so below the bar. I probably spend $60+ here weekly. I have spoken to the store manager personally about the attitude of the staff. Upon my last visit the cashier told me to have a seat and that she would bring my food to me….(this was Likely because the owner was right behind her) as soon as her boss left I sat there for over 20 minutes after my food was ready expecting her to bring it over, I went to the counter only to find out my food was just sitting there. Staff doesn’t smile, they will ignore you. I’ve had cashiers allow other customers to cut me in line because even though they were not ready “they were in the store 1st” so as much as I love KaleMeCrazy I now come very sparingly.
This location needs to work on customer service and getting food out to people faster. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes for an order when there is no line.
I love this place, come every day. But please, please, PLEASE put more staff on. Every time I come, it takes 30 minutes for a smoothie. Doesn’t matter how busy it is or not. It always takes 30 minutes.
Awesome spot to bring an out of towner. Great food, good place to get work done at the bar too. Nice for meetings, dates, etc.
Good healthy food and friendly staff. They have a number of gluten free options clearly marked if you need GF food. They have GF wraps and I was also told that more of the salads could be made gluten free as well. I had the Chicken Pesto Wrap with GF wrap and it was very good. They noted my allergy on the order and seemed very careful about the preparation. Highly recommended for a healthy meal and a great option for gluten free.
Every single time I come, orders take 30 minutes no matter how small or large the order. 3 people behind the counter talking and not working (supposedly a photoshoot). I ordered around 3:19 (on the app in hopes of allowing them a head start) and received my food (avocado toast and wrap) around 3:53pm. Only to find out they never made my juice. I will NOT return to KMC. Their customer service is poor as the lady proceeded to express her excitement of getting off at 4pm and how someone in management asking her to do a job she wasn’t hired for. Places like this make excuses for poor service and suggest something the customer should do different instead of looking at their own operations. I will stick with Clean Juice

Wanted a healthy breakfast option after arriving in Atlanta on a super early flight. So happy I found this place! Incredibly refreshing, welcoming and polite staff. Very clean!I ordered the Recovery Smoothie, the Mushroom Coffee Iced Latte, and the Deluxe Açaí Bowl. Omg! Everything was delicious and exactly what I needed.
