The Very Best soul food I've eaten in a while. Worth every dime you spend... Very Good customer service
Food quality pretty decent 3.5/5. Soul Food variety really good. I chose a large turkey wing ( wish it had a little more flavor) and a porkchop (tasty but I wish it wasn't in gravy). Rolls were hot and delicious.Walk through food line and servers place your food in Styrofoam to-go boxes. Line moved pretty quickly. Service was quick and friendly. There are tables to sit down.
My first time going this morning!!! I had to tell myself. NOTE TO SELF: YOU CAN NOT COME DOWN HERE EVERY MORNING FOR THESE BREAKFAST PLATES LOL!!!! The whole experience( for someone who is real picky with what they eat and will write a review quick) was extra amazing. Everything was good from the food to the service!!!! Keep up the great work!
We love soul food but this…… this was not quite it. The max and cheese was dry as hell, the yams were definitely from a can. The dressing was tasty though. That’s about all I can say. My husband enjoyed his collard. ??♀️
I was surprised at this place. The staff was helpful and friendly. The lemonade was sweet to me and the corn muffins was blend. Everything else was tasty. If I go back, I would something different. Inside was clean. Getting out of the car, I almost fall from a bottle.
This literally is SLOP. I have never had anything so disgusting in my entire life. I ordered a meatloaf meal with yams, greens, and I ordered an extra side of dressing. The yams were cut up into tiny scrap-like pieces and over loaded with cinnamon and nutmeg. The greens were full of stems, clearly from a can. And the corn muffins and meatloaf are burnt. Lastly, the dressing is almost sour and totally mushy. Idk who they though was gonna eat this mess. I literally threw it away. This is some of the worst food I’ve ever had in my life.
I visited this restaurant yesterday. The line is tight aka no social distancing, there’s no AC aka sweat box and it’s too loud aka make sure you repeat your order twice to make sure the servers heard you. The food was meh. I had the baked chicken dinner + peach cobbler. Turnip greens were salty, baked chicken was moist and well seasoned, dressing was good, mac and cheese was good. Peach cobbler was all peaches and no crust but they did give me two corn muffins. Unfortunately, I was still underwhelmed.I think I caught them on a bad day. I won’t eat there today or tomorrow but I may try it again some time in the future.
Normally, I don't care to do take-out for Soul Food. Simply because my experience is usually, I've could've cooked this myself & better. Not here! The food here is delicious! Every bite of everything is so flavorful! A must try!

I'd have to say the 95-A rating made me comfortable visiting and ordering my take out. I ordered the 4 Veggie plate. Nice flavors. Definitely soul food options for the carnivore in us.
