I newly discovered this place when my boyfriend brought it home and I think it's great. However, the service/customer service is terribly lacking. I came in at 9am on a Friiday and couldn't find the place after circling the market 3 times. By this time is was about 9:10 and I was about to call to see if they were, indeed, located in Krog Street Market. They were inside, they just weren't open. Ok, I overlooked this snafu because we've all been late before. But the young lady that pulled up the curtain didnt even say anything. She just walked over to the register and waited for me to start talking. So I greeted her "Good morning! How are you?" kind of to give her a hint at how customers should be greeted and she barely mumbled "Hi" in response. I gave her my order, cashed out, and waited for my food. I see her walk to the back, tie her hair up (in the kitchen prep area), and start making my dish (without washing her hands). I don't care if everything needed was scopped with a scooper, you still need to wash your hands in food prep. This place has great products but the service is just awful. Another customer came by while my food was being prepared and had to wait forever. He got frustrated and left.It should also be noted that the service is most likely a management issue. I've read the other reviews and when the owner of the business responds like a defensive teenager, that tells you all you need to know. There's no kind of professionalism. There are tons of ways to say many things and he/she could benefit from learning. Reviews are to be used as a constructive tool to make your business better. If you have an excuse everytime someone shares their negative experience, you shouldn't be a manager.
The smoothies were amazing! Everything was very fresh and tasty. I love that they cater to different food lifestyles. The avocado toast on gluten free toast was amazing! This is a great place to get a healthy bite!
The smoothie was great and the perfect consistency. The owner was extremely nice as well. I would definitely recommend them!

Customer service is EXTREMELY POOR and lacking from this business. The cashier/owner is extremely confrontational and condescending - Snarky disrespectful business owner. It'll be ANOTHER business that goes under if they keep up this sort of attitude. You need the consumer the consumer DOES NOT NEED YOU! Especially when there are OTHER places with better quality (as far as customer service and menu options and items) and on top of the NON-EXISTENT customer service, the actual SERVICE is SLOW.I would give this place zero stars on that alone. Definitely not worth it. Complete turn off and I will never mention this place as a recommended "juice bar" to anyone I know and I will never return. no thanks.
All smoothies and drinks are REALLY organic and the proof is in how fresh and tasty they are! Highly recommend giving them a try. They are also very friendly and informative!
Would not recommend. First of all I’ve been shopping in krog street for about 2 months any time in the day & I’ll try to stop by this juice bar but some days they literally close super early which I find crazy. The employees are always leaving or in the back for too long knowing they have customers. I’m guessing the older lady that works there I’m guessing she’s are the owners & the lady is very unprofessional she’s always on the phone especially when she has customers she always looks like she has an attitude and to top it all off they have KIDS working there, the multiple times I’ve been in Krog street and even ordered from the juice bar it’ll be kids taking orders and or playing around in the back but don’t get the wrong the smooths & juices are good it will clean you out
