The cocktails were delicious and the boozy slushes were tasty too! I went on D&D night and it was a very comfortable and friendly environment.Also the bathroom art/graffiti is funny and cool!
It was a cute spot something different than the norm, had retro games and board games, some of them old and worn out. Hadn't ordered anything from the bar to speak on that yet seen plenty folks ordering, drinks in their hands.
Super cool nerd bar, good games just wish they did more with video games. They have arcades and meet up for [email protected] , seems natural there would be video game tournaments...... and a better beer selection would help. But still love the place.
An adults paradise for the alternative and nostalgia. I've never been able to play Centipede in an actual arcade platform ever and Joystick Gamebar had it! The bartenders were professional and friendly, with craft beers, spirits, and cocktails! Most, if not all, arcade machines are 25¢ for each play credit. If you need change in quarters, there is a machine provided to break up to a $20 bill, so don't bother the bartenders for stuff like that. Plenty of Liquid Death water to go around, too. Definitely a place worth visiting if you're in Atlanta proper.
We really enjoyed going here with friends that live in the area. They have a lot of classic, solid arcade games like Mortal Kombat and Crazy Taxi. They have a couple pinball machines, a foosball table, and some board games too. All of the arcade games were only took a quarter to play too!The staff were friendly and very quick at handing you beer!My only complaint is that a lot of their machines will occasionally eat one of your quarters.

Great experience for sure, if you have friends or family that's older than 20 (if you're buying drinks) and loves old school arcades, then this is the perfect place!
This is my go to every week the ppl there are the best.
I love this place especially Wednesday Thursday and Saturday they have different events it's amazing. Every time i walk in my first drink is a bourban coffee followed by cowboys and Indians then end it with a also fight or bloody pirate. The place is nostalgic and you can't go wrong.
