If ai could put a negative 5 star for their lack of customer service and honesty with drinks. I asked for less ice and was giving not a full cup charged over 20 for one shot for a long Island and super weak asked for something else and was told I need to speak to thr manager and the manager said I was supposed to know they used a pre mixed Long Island and order top shelf. He told me I has to pay for another shot to make it stronger. They are money hungry and unfair in their practice. Drink before you get here and order a bottle of water. The music is good
Got a section for my birthday, it's was the best time ever. The club was lit, music was pretty good. Troi was such a big help with everything, and the energy was great. Food menu was limited, bathroom was clean and we parked for free... not a long walk at all.
Ok so this spot was definitely for the grown and sexy. The open bar from 8-11 had a few people tipsy tipsy. The music was what kept us going. The staff was really nice and accommodating. I truly enjoyed myself
?☕️I’m not gonna lie this place is a little over priced . Not many food options and they give you the smallest drinks on the planet ! ????? . But when I took a bite into my food baby!!!!!! That food was giving everything it needed to give❤️ . I don’t know who the chef is but they can cook! I would have gave them a five star review but I can’t let them small drinks slide ??? . When y’all get bigger cups I’ll give you a five star. It’s highway robbery the way y’all charging for those drinks in them little cups!?( The drink is the size of this emoji ) If you go you might want to pregame because you’re going to end up having to get about four or five drinks just to feel a buzz.
Went on Thursday night. The band was great, drinks good and the service was spot on. Didn't give 5 stars because the food was not good. The lemon pepper wings barely had any seasoning. They were also under cook. Other than the food a good experience.
They upcharged me $115 for my hookah as well as $525 for my bottle I purchased. They told me the bottle was $300 and the hookah was like $60-$80. Thankfully I have fraud alert attached to my bank card and was notified the second they swiped it. Never going here again
Starting with the positives, the music was great, the vibes were good and the food was good. We were charged $7 per bottle of water which should have been complimentary since we paid for a bottle, bought drinks and paid for food.
Good opening for Latin Night. The service was great, music was awesome, overall great ambiance. However, the food was not worth the price and not even worth eating. Would recommend for dancing, but avoid ordering the food.
Haven’t been to Josephine Lounge since last summer. My cousins were in town so we decided to come out this past weekend. Last time I was here we had a really great time, but this time it was really bad. Last time the music was better, our server was much more attentive and the food tasted better. Let’s start with the music. What happened to the Afro beats? Now it’s just stuff they play on the radio on repeat? And the dj kept talking and talking instead of playing music.Our server didn’t come to check on us like she should have. We asked for bottled water twice and didn’t get any until we asked a bar help guy? to tell our server to bring it. And then there is the food. The lobster fries had no white sauce this time that it came with last time and they were real skimpy on the lobster meat. Fried rice was really salty and rice was hard. We asked for a manager and one never came. Won’t come back to this place again. Expensive for no reason and there are much better places to go
Nice spot with excellent staffing. A bit pricey though, and it's a better experience if you can afford VIP. My main complaint is that the music is ridiculously loud, and the DJ is always screaming. Seriously, my ears were still ringing hours after I left the club. Not good.
