After shopping, it was time to eat. I was in the mood for some chicken so this was a great find for me. Upon walking in, the establishment was very clean. It has a simple design aesthetic which goes with the overall ambiance. The menu is very straightforward and has your usual wings and tenders options. I decided on the Jumbo Tenders as I was ready for that pairing of moist center and crunchy outside.Upon receiving my food I was taken aback that the tenders weren’t Jumbo! Based on the word as a noun it is “a very large person or thing.” Well, to my dismay, these weren’t very large… Truthfully, I wouldn’t say they were large. They were the usual size as any other restaurant I have been to. Nonetheless, they were perfectly fried and not greasy. They were a little on the bland side, however, I understand that they are made to go with the sauce and allow the sauce to shine.Overall, the food was okay. If in the area, I wouldn’t be opposed to eating there again, however, it won’t be a “Go To” spot for me.Environment- 9/10Food- 5/10Service- 6.5/10

Was definitely yummy!! The mashed potatoes OMG so good! Perfect consistency, overall really good!! Only issue was the cashier older woman not welcoming at all. No Hi, By, Thank You, Nothing. I did two transactions neither cashier was welcoming. But her personality was nasty. I work in the hospitality business as well. I try my best to always be kind, The customer can feel when you are not being kind, or being slick at the mouth. I will not be back...

I really didn’t want to do this but here it go. I had an awful experience this past Sunday and instead of leaving bad review on google, I reached out to the home cooperate office to let them know my concerns. 3 days later, no response. I can’t care more then the owners. So anyway, only one person ahead of me and I waited 30 minutes for fast food (Let that sink in) . 2 employees (black shirts), 1 manager (red shirt), but only 1 employee taking orders and packing food without washing hands, touching money and food with no help. The cook was in dining room with dirty apron. The manager was somewhere in the back, I’m assuming the office and it was peak dinner hours. I’m officially making the switch to Hattie B’s hot chicken due lack of effort from management and owners to even take my concerns seriously.

Glad I stopped here! Never heard of this Joella's place but I was hungry after a Dental appt. There was no line at the drive thru so I was worried about the freshness of the food. Not to worry tho. It was all good. The kid (with braces) who took my order and greeted me at the window was absolutely adorable and reminded me of New Orleans for some reason.Great food, great service!

Took the wife and kiddo for dinner, this was my second visit (previously used drive-thru and took it home). First off very shocked at the pricing.... family of 3 was almost $60 for entrees and drinks at fast casual restaurant. Then we received our food, which wasn't correct but the staff remedied their errors... however none of it was warm/hot. My daughter complained to me that her chicken tenders were "soggy" and cold... no telling how long they'd been just sitting around. My grilled chicken sandwich was less than impressive... but that could be my own fault for ordering a grilled chicken sandwich at a fried-chicken joint. Again, not warm....I did enjoy their strawberry shortcake "pie in a jar", and it was quite good (it's the reason for the 2nd star on this review). Will not being returning, cannot believe you charge these prices so sub-par food when I can clearly feed my family at the same caliber of food for 1/2 the price at Chik-fil-A in the same parking lot

Do yourself a favor, just drive away. Waited in line for almost an hour. Got to the window and the service was horrible. Had an attitude the whole time. Went inside to go to the bathroom and no one was even working. Look very disorganized and confused. The food is actually good, but you may never get it because they can’t seem to put together a simple order. Over priced, under delivered. Waste of time and money.

I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and received 3 nuggets on a bun. To make things worse, my fries were cold.

After waiting in a twenty minute line at the drive through, we were very pleasantly told the car in front of us bought all the fried tenders and there would be no more. They said we could wait on grilled tenders, as they had not prepped anything on our order, including the quarter dark we ordered and they had available, but seemed to hope we would no longer work.We decided to go for grilled tenders and asked for a discount for not getting what we ordered. This was not received well, but was accommodated. Then cooking finally started.I’ve eaten here before, can’t say I plan to again. Also, no hand washing observed between using the phone and prepping food.

Great spicy chicken selections!! Spicy level up to "Fire in the Hole"!! Great selection of sides too. Highly recommend!!

Had lunch here and ordered the chicken and waffle. Yummy! The chicken strips were tossed in Joella's fav sauce which had a slight kick to it but not to spicy at all. The waffles were sweet without syrup, but the syrup made them amazing. I also order garlic parmesan fries that were absolutely amazing. I got a side of mac and cheese and it needed salt and pepper nothing about it made me smile. The lemonade was not a hit it was weak. The sweet tea was meh!Don't forget to ▶▶▶ Follow @honeztfoodie on Instagram and Facebook! ???◀◀◀
