This is the worse restaurant as far as customer service in the entire Ponce city market. I live in the neighborhood and went here frequently at first I thought it was just circumstances with the rudeness of the bar tenders and staff. But after consistency and a true experience with management I understand fully it comes from the top or it’s just their way. I ordered sweet and sour chicken, the attendant took the order for shredded chicken sweet and sour on the side. I have ordered sweet and sour 100’s of times never have I had shredded sweet and sour which isn’t chicken it’s basically fried skin.I nicely call and explain I don’t want or can’t eat this, the restaurant has seen me and ordered here before and the manager handles me over the phone rudely and tells me I’m sorry I didn’t like it and hangs up on me.To spend money and be treated like that is definitely not cool. I would tell anybody that wants Chinese to stay far away from this restaurant
I like this restaurant a lot, and have been going on a regular basis for about two years. However, the service is consistently slow. Any other restaurant in pcm takeout would be 15 minutes or less, but each of the last five times I have been to this one it has been around 40 minutes, which is too slow. It might be the dish I am ordering, but honestly It’s easier to just go somewhere else even though the food is good
I literally had the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Literally would get better service from McDonald’s. Everyone that works there is so mean and they don’t care about you whatsoever. They screwed up our order and didn’t offer anything and started cussing at me. Do not recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!
I remember this place being great. I’m not sure what happened. I ordered the fried shredded chicken, bang bang shrimp and spring rolls and all 3 seemed to use the same thick, overly sweet red sauce. The spring rolls oddly didn’t have much flavor. I ended up throwing it away
I recently went here with a friend of mind. She ordered our food and I didn’t realize she ordered it to go. When we came to pick up the food I said let’s sit at the bar and eat our food. When we sat down the bartender came up to us and said we couldn’t sit there. I said, “Well we want to buy some drinks and eat our food.” She said no we could not eat there at all. It didn’t make sense that we just spent our money there just to no be able to sit at the bar eat our food and buy drinks. I’ve never experienced customer service like this. I would not recommend this restaurant and I also didn’t care for the food I ordered. It wasn’t good at all.
The food was decent. A couple of dishes could have used a little work. However, our server Jimmy was so sweet and he truly made sure that we were well taken care of.
These green beans were out of this world!!! I think it was V8. We also go the pork dumplings and the soup dumplings (not pictured). Tasty. We got a huge hotpot of hot and sour beef. It was great and like nothing I’ve ever had! Don’t miss it.

The food was quite delicious. My husband ordered the cumin duck and it was so flavorful. I myself had the beef and broccoli and it was so tasty. The sauce was a little sweet and savory. I would definitely come back. Theia was our waitress and she was informative, professional and very welcoming. I definitely recommend this place!
Food was ridiculously flavorful. Was having trouble between two items but thanks to Theia and her expertise on flavor and the menu, recommended the cumin duck and it was amazing. I’ll be back
