Normally a great sandwich. But don’t get take out form here cause they won’t even get your sandwich remotely right. So you waste a lot of money on something you can’t eat and honestly. You’ll wanna watch them closely when you’re there but as least it’ll be right
The store is clean. The staff is friendly. The service is fast. The sandwiches are fresh and delicious but overpriced.
I waited in line to check out for approximately 10-12 minutes while a customer ahead of me failed repeatedly to pay for her order with her phone. There was clearly something not working right or whatever app she was attempting to use wasn’t set up correctly. Store employees tried repeatedly to show her how to get it done without success. As the line grew behind me, it was apparent that an alternative payment method should have been offered by the customer or requested by store staff. But no, it just went on like that. No one on the staff figured out that they needed to deal with the problem in a way that ensured other customers were taken care of. I finally left without my lunch as I needed to be at an appointment. Probably won’t visit this location in the future.
I am a Union Carpenter currently working at CHOA; I eat at this location almost everyday. Leigh, Malcolm and John work great as a team. Leigh is the absolute BEST, she is so sweet and she has excellent customer service. This is the best location I've been to in Atlanta thus far.
A couple of the Young dudes working up there do NOT know how to talk to people. Sarcastic and disrespectful attitudes.Call themselves trying to flirt and said the wrong thing. I just wanted my sandwich made. Young guy asked me if I wanted it the mikes way. I said NO. (Meaninig I wanted to build my sandwich my way) He kept questioning me because I was not interested in conversation with him. At this point I don’t care about anything but my food. He proceeds to egg on the situation by making smart remarks. I didn’t even want to finish making the sandwich. I payed and left. Learn when to BE QUIET sometimes. It will take you a long way. It’s a snow day. Not here for the mess.
Fun and friendly food. This is my go to cheat meal place. The people are nice always wear their mask and make great sandwiches.
Service is great at this location I don’t believe I’ll ever eat at a Subway again ? The best chicken philly in Atlanta ?
Sandwich was delicious but customer service - yeah not so good - almost like I bothered him that I asked for a sandwich. This is the 3rd time and well now last. Oh out of all 5 employees only the lady wore a mask. Anyways, I’ll find a better location.
Very crowded plaza, can be difficult to park at lunchtime. Well staffed, friendly, quick service. Original Italian ? is my favorite, fresh meats and cheese, they are the best of the sub chains in my opinion. A little expensive at $9.50 for a regular sub, I don't eat them often. You do get a week made sandwich that's fresh and made to order. Restaurant was clean, fountain drinks open (Pepsi, not Coke ?).
Always my favorite location and sub place. Subs and customer service are always great. Always visit this location.
