First of all, I LOVE ICE CREAM ??!!! So thank you soooo much yelp!! Thank you Jeni’s Ice cream as well. The cashier was so nice, so sweet and accommodating. I was able to try the new flavor ice cream as well as taste an old favorite which is the Brambleberry Crip (the best). For my trio I had Brambleberry crip of course, Coffee with Cream and Sugar, and Wildberry Lavender. ABSOLUTELY delicious! I had two picky eaters that don’t care to try new things with me and they loved it. If I were to go back, I’d get those same exact flavors all over again. Thanks so much for the complimentary treat!!!
Came on a hot summer. The place had the perfect temperate, smell good and looks well decorated. Then I head to the display and all the ice cream looks so good. I had the peanut pecan brittle. The waitress was super helpful and gave me sample to pick the right ice cream. I decided to eat inside because of the ambience
One of my favorite places to get icecream from! Many flavors to choose from. However a lot of flavors are butter flavored and it comes off too sweet. The inside has such cute signs to snap a picture with your icecream!
One of the best ice cream I tried! All the flavors live up to their names. The salted caramel was my favorite.
Sign in website says opens at 12 it opened 10 minutes after 12. There were people waiting outside while it’s hot. Shouldn’t it be that the employees be there prior to 12 for opening and making sure that everything is in place I should not have to walk up and see someone opening up when opening time has passed. Not to mention that this location was out of The most popular flavor, gooey butter cake also vanilla and another flavor very disappointing. There was only one employee working and a hot and whats going to be busy Saturday. Also the scoops of IceCream was SUPER TINY which I have never experienced at any Jeni’s location! Need better trained and skilled staff. THE END
Jeni’s is one of the cutest ice cream shops. My go-to is Gooey Butter Cake but all the other flavors tend to be way too sweet.
Oh my word!! I had the best Ice cream scoop of my life tonight, unbelievably delicious...Can't wait to take my girls back for more.
Decent ice cream but not worth a visit right now as you will be harassed by the counter ppl to ‘put on a mask’ for the 2 minutes it takes to order, while 10+ ppl are sitting 5 feet away maskless eating their ice cream. The madness must stop. Avoid businesses that continue to perpetuate a policy that is not based on any published scientific studies.
The ice cream is good: comparable to Häagen-Dazs. There is no way to taste any of the flavors because tasting is shut down due to fear of Covid. The water tap is still out there in the seating area, but, presumably due to some theory about Covid spread, there are no cups for customers to use to get any of the water. Many signs regarding masks, as others have noted. If Covid is too dangerous to allow tasting and the serving of water, wouldn't it make more sense for ice cream lovers to have Instacart deliver some Häagen-Dazs to one's Covid-safe bunker and then eat it at home? (Pour oneself a glass of water from one's own kitchen tap if one wants to live dangerously.)
Great selection of ice cream. The taste lived up to the hype. Loved the decorations. Great music selection.
