I had It’s a Wrap Cafe provide catering for my lawn and landscape staff; this was awesome! The food is delicious, and they were so prompt, and their pricing was absolutely competitive. Thank you from all of us at Elite Lawn & Landscape!!! We will use you for our next event, no doubt!

The servers are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, and the food is great. This is one of the best value tasting menu experiences.
The worst customer service. My company ordered lunch catering for 10 and was confirmed by Its a wrap and they told us we would get our food by 1:30. At 12:50pm, we received a TEXT saying your order has been cancelled. It would be fine if they said no from the beginning, but you wait 30MINUTES before the it was supposed to be delivered. Looking further, their website is an online Pharmacy!

Absolutely delicious wraps and salads but not open when advertised—such a turn off.
This morning we ordered a wrap platter for later that afternoon. The order was confirmed, our card was accepted and we were on our way. TWENTY MINUTES before the order was due to arrive, they canceled on us via text. No call, no explanation.
