The chocolate chuck cookie were the boom.com! They were so moist on the inside and had that crunch on the outside! The perfect cookie! If you love cookies then this is the place to stop if u are ever in Atlantaa
The cookies and quality has always been great . Recently that has gone down . 2 weeks ago ordered the mini 24 pack of cookies the whole box was hard as rocks they offered to replace and I was satisfied. Recently went in to the store to place order for mini 24 Pack and the lady made an excuse as to why I couldn’t order them . I’m guessing she didn’t have them prepped already . I won’t be back .

Took an hour and half to be delivered. By the time it got to me the milk was warm and the quart of ice-cream was melted to almost a milk shake. On top of that, it was missing the chocolate butter that was part of the pack ordered. Pre paid a $10 tip and still had to go downstairs to pick it up from driver even tho hotel room was listed on the order.
Great customer service over the phone, Miaya was very detailed in sharing the ordering and delivery process with me. Since it was my first time ordering cookies and ice cream for delivery. My cookies tasted warm and fresh and my ice cream was still cold. The delivery took 40 minutes but it was definitely communicated before I ordered. It was all worth the wait.
Tasty last night spot for cookies.. they had none of their listed ice creams. Most of the ice cream looked either melted/ dilapidated or was damn near all gone… also, lines were long. Confused about the security situation. The cookies were on point!! Although they were out of a few cookie selections as well….
I've heard so much about insomnia cookies for months now that I had to try it. I made it easier on myself by ordering ahead via their website. I haven't yet downloaded the app. The cookies were amazing soft warm and big. They are a little pricey but they're definitely worth it. The cashier was very professional and prompt but the two cookie bakers didn't seem to excited to be at work. Overall, I had a good experience and I will definitely go back when I'm in the area. I just wish they were in my delivery area so that I can get these cookies on demand.

This place is ridiculous. They force you to mask up when you walk in but none of the employees wear masks themselves. Get rid of them or wear them when you make our food.
Security=Rude! If that's the first person I see, the whole place is judged off that interaction. Hire those you want to properly represent your brand. The cookies smelled amazing. Maybe next time I'll get to try one.
