The only good thing about this restaurant was the food... But it's really hard to mess up Breakfast... So, the restaurant was well-kept and had a nice feel. The service was mediocre at best. I can't stand when my server isn't attentive enough to refill my drink... Our's was that. It took way too long to receive our meal and my pancakes came out as silver dollars... I can't understood what the problem was since we were my servers only patrons was my table, but she just seemed too busy for her one table. The only redeemable quality she had was her attitude, she was bubbly and graceful and generally excited about life. If you can skip it, do... if it's your only IHOP, hopefully it doesn't take an hour and a half to get food.
First off I would like to note that our server was really friendly, attentive and polite and she was the one who turned our experience at iHop around.However the greeter was very standoff-ish and came off as annoyed when we asked to be seated somewhere else instead of the dark windowless corner she had first provided us.In addition the coffee pots that were placed at each table were not clean or sanitized (as we were told) because there were visible coffee drops and one even still had coffee in it.The window sill was not cleaned, dust, old syrup and a dead fly were just collecting on it. Floors and doors were sticky.I know that places are understaffed and trying to get by as best as they can however cleanliness should be a top priority for any food establishment.
This IHOP was the best! The menu has more choices than any other restaurant I've ever visited. Wait staff is the friendliest and most courteous. Great prices and delicious food. Will definitely go back and recommend to anyone going into the College park area.
We really enjoyed our breakfast this morning. Our server Antwan w/ the glasses did an amazing job. His service was exceptional from the time we walked through the door until it was time for us to leave. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. He was the only server in there and he handled things like a BOSS. Good job!
I love it, my go to for a fun place to eat with family. The staff is always nice, calm and on point. The food is always hot, fresh andwe ordered the Colorado omelet fully loaded with a side of hash browns and it comes with pancakes. #Yummy
I didn't get a pleasant experience at this place when I walked in no one acknowledged me there were two ladies at the desk who seem to be preoccupied with another customer I waited for at least five minutes before one of the ladies called for someone to assist me when I was seated at the table no one came to serve me there were two men seated next to me their server seem to serve them I'm not sure if she was our server but she went to another table to assist some other guest who came in after I did never coming to my table I sat for at least twenty minutes before leaving. I understand that some places are short staffed and I expect wait time are long to better customer service acknowledge the customer to inform them and communicate with the customer there were no communication as to what was happening communication is key this helps with customer service
Awesome experience! Great customer service always!!!!!! Great management and team. I'm here at least twice a week. Food and portion sizes are excellent. Positive environment and family oriented! Please support!!
It was Okay, team was friendly and food was as expected. Only complaint I had was there was an odor that permeated the entire restaurant. What that odor was, I couldn't define. And while tables and seats were cleaned very well, there were other places that could use much needed attention. The air vents from ceiling were filthy, black and built up dust surrounded the vents. Also, while they placed plexiglass partitions between adjoining booths, the plexiglass also needs some dire attention to remove the food from them.
Two of us were there. The food was good. The service was good too. There was Only one waitress. It took some time to be served, the food and service was worth the wait.
Rude and short staffed. Waitress didn’t even speak. All of the food was wrong and half of it wasn’t even brought out. The food is was terrible. She even had the audacity to automatically add gratuity. I will never spend my money at this establishment again and will be contacting management.
