Bad service and the food was cold. I understand they were short staffed but why keep seating folks if you do not have the time to service them in a timely manner. My husband made a comment that we didn't think we would get served and the waitress got offended. When The food did come out it was missing a side of bacon. That had to be made so Apparently she didnt order it originally... she brought his coffee but it took a while before I received my water. Just not a good experience for me.

After finishing up my food, the waiter gave me the check and the total was $44.86. I left her a five dollars tip on the table cause that’s all I had in my wallet at the moment. I gave her my card to pay and she took a while to come back. I didn’t want to say anything at the time cause I thought it would be unnecessary. She brought my card and I left. Now, I'm seeing that she tipped herself seven dollars. It notified me that I paid $51.86. instead of the actual total. I would leave a zero-star review but the lowest I could do is one. Please be careful, Cause people are greedy. My server was Kellsie

I went late at night for a to go order that I had called in. Well I tried to call it in but they told me I needed to come Come in to place my order. The girl who took my order was not very friendly she didn't even greet me and stared at her phone while simultaneously trying to put my order in the computer.I sat inside waiting for my order to be done and saw it ready at the window and all bagged up for about 5 minutes before somebody came to get it and give it to me.The man who had given it to me was very sweet very sweet he had soft mannerisms. But his customer service alone made up for the lack of customer service I received in the beginning. I will continue to come to this ihop just for him.

6-16-22 7:30 pm. I didn't catch her name but our waitress is the best waitress we have had in years. Polite, friendly, got our order just how we wanted it. She is a great asset to IHOP. Thank you so much. (Visiting from N.J.)

The establishment could've even cleaner. They had run out of straws. The pancakes were not hot, causing the wad of butter to just sit there. The pancakes were thick and dry. You have to ask for extra strawberry sauce. The water wasn't good. The other food wasn't hot neither. I did not like the overall experience aside from the waitress. She was nice and got whatever I asked for.

A little disappointed. We visit IHOP frequently and I was expecting the same or better quality as the other restaurants we have visited. The pancakes were a little hard, not light and fluffy, we don't eat syrup and the restaurant didn't have any honey for us to put on the pancakes, and when we left the waitress proceeds to ask about a tip. We told her we were not happy with the service or that they didn't have honey and she told us that's not her fault. The manager then had to step in and tell her to leave us alone. Not sure if begging for tips is part of this location's normal process but they need to take a tip and step up their game.

Ashley the manager was VERY RUDE!!!! She had no concern whatsoever about us customers. The waitress was polite and did the best she could I guess, but Ana, the waitress either didn't know what she was doing or was new. Even though they are short staffed, they should take their time to make sure everything is right. My food was wrong 2x and still was not right. Now the manager should have come to check on things, but she dis not. When mentioned to her about the problem she didn't care, she still didn't apologize, she had an attitude. I love ihop, don't mind spending the money, but plesse get the orders right. It should not take 3 times. Sometimes it is not about the discounts or.paying less. She tried.to have me pay less, but i was and did pay what i owed. Management needs to be better and customer service needs to be better. Poor service today hands down. I am calling the general manager and see what they say and see how concerned they are about customer service.

Super crowded and busy Sunday, 10 am. Waitresses were nice, but super stressed it seems. 4 of us, and 1 order was screwed up. Waited for our orders awhile. Had to ask for condiments, salt and pepper, several times, syrup too, until we pulled a syrup from another table. Asked for our check, it was wrong. Another 15 minutes waiting for revised check. Sooo, 10 am, Sunday morning is not the best time to go at this location off Clairmont Rd.-Atlanta.

Horrible! Went with with some friends after the club. As we are waiting while already seated a ROACH casually walks across the top of the table! We kill it and not once complain to management ONLY to be told we won’t be served because the waiters are upset we mentioned the roach and killed it. It was discussed among us not to other customers or staff and they somehow ended up being the ones offended. Rude staff and dirty inside.

Came here for a business breakfast with a partner of mine and I was not disappointed. I was greeted and seated promptly. Got my drink and order taken promptly as well. I ordered the Sirloin Tips with onions and Pancakes with orange juice. Food was great and so was my server. The gentleman did a fine job.
