At 5:45 am this place is delightful, fun, and cheery. Pleasant conversation and upbeat employees. The food looked/tastes very good ?! Actually, it tasted better than it looked.
The service is quick, the wait time is nonexistent, and the waiters are really nice. The place is clean, the people are very attentive, and they are very accommodating. We’ve gone twice while on vacation with my autistic brother and they were very nice to him.
Disgusting...I consider this my go to place in my neighborhood bt after today ill def pass going forward. Manager appeared to be unaware of how nasty the place is....all the partitions btwn tables filthy, floor, counters & ceilings too. Dish guy came out lookn super yucky no offense bt presentation...ppl & food is everything in a restaurant. Place gave goonie vibes?
We ordered omelet big steak and chose New York cheese cake. The waitress did not say that you need to pay extra for this. But most of all outraged that the waiter demanded more tips. She was also wearing dirty pants. Terrible place....compared to other IHOP restaurants.
Always open whenever I need them to be as they are 24 hours (seriously), even post-COVID, which always get them added to my list of Favorite Late Night/Early AM places to eat! I've never had to wait in line long nor has it ever been empty either - both good sign in my book. Overall a very friendly staff, and as I plan on eating there again, would 8/10 recommend.
I just got to town & we had never been to that IHOP location so we checked it out. Food was good & no one left hungry. We were there for hours & didn't notice & staff was very friendly, courteous & believe the Mgr. was the woman who came to us & was inquiring to our visit, food, server & what was makin us laugh & have such a good time. She had an engaging conversation with us.Thanks for a wonderful experience. Nice way to start the day when returning home.
We arrived before the after club rush. But we still had to wait to be seated. After waiting for 45 minutes and seeing other people get seated, we went to talk to the hostess. We noticed the dining room was near empty. So I was even more confused about the wait. The hostess had become the cook. The lady at the register who watched us wait for 45 minutes got an attitude when we asked about seating. She angrily took us to a table, threw the menus on the table then walked away. The server was nice and seemed to like his job. Eventually, the hostess became the cook. The bus boy became a hostess and server and the server became the cashier. Needless to say this location is poorly managed and staffed. The trap music was blaring the entire time we were there. We ripped the bus boy and the server. The girl at the register who said she couldn't cash us out, had the audacity to want a tip too. SMHFood was good though.
First off I had to wait 11 min before someone said anything to me. After 11 min. of waiting then I waited 15+min for my order to be taken. Then another 15 min for my food. They only had a total of 6 people seated( 3 couples). To further show the lack of customer service. They had people waiting just to tell them they can't their order. "they were too busy. This IHOP had missing orders as well. They even had people who dinned in waiting to pay to leave. I only stayed to give this review! Just too much to write! I waited over 1 and a half hours for my food.
I have been too many IHOP, but this one customer service was excellent. I can't remember her name but she was well dressed, she always kept us abreast of our order when it was late. She laughed with us and called our table the VIP table. The food was good and fresh when it came. She made sure our drinks were filled and kept comrades with us through our whole stay. I will definitely come back again.
Ive been here on two separate occasions and the service was awesome. My food was fresh and I look forward to coming here regularly. I don’t have a pic because the food was so good but I had the cheesecake pancakes with a half French toast bacon and eggs. Even my coffee was hot and on point. My new favorite ihop spot. Coming from Chicago this was my best breakfast experience so far in Georgia. Shout out to the staff you guys rock!
