Went for dinner at this location on a Saturday night. It was pretty crowded, but but the time I got there, there was only a 15 minute wait..and that's just about how long I waited to be seated. The hostess was professional and knew what she was talking about when I asked a couple of questions about the food on the menu. It's always a good thing when the employees speak well of the food. I must mention, while waiting, I noticed a wall with shelves and they were full of family games which you can take to your table to play. Genius. Maybe this was why there was a wait. Lol The very large restaurant was clean, and you could see the professionalism that all the employees worked with. The bar tender had his customers laughing and enjoying themselves at the bar. The waitress that waited on me..whose name was Ashlee, was top notch. I knew she may have been tired because I heard the restaurant had just been slammed with customers, but Ashlee did not show me any less service. She was efficient, knowledgeable about the food, patient, and I was impressed at the fact that she was able to balance a ton of drinks on one tray. lol I truly know she definitely was experienced, courteous, and provided service with a smile. I ordered the buttermilk fried chicken fingers, cider collard greens, loaded french fries, and a sweet tea with lemon. Y'all that food was good. Everything was fresh and I ate until I got full. Lol Ashlee was kind enough to bring me a to-go box and offered me a sweet tea to go. I would recommend this location of Hobnob to my friends. Next time, I think I'll try the shrimp & grits. Check them out.
Don't let the name 'Tavern' scare you away from really great food...Food was really delicious and our service was excellent!

My wife and I have eaten at other locations and weren’t too impressed with them but we decided to try this one due to us being in the area. Sadly, we both weren’t impressed. The food didn’t have much flavor and the service we received was sub-par. Our waiter only came to our table to get our initial order, drop off waters and to deliver our food. That’s all we saw of him till he dropped the check off. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy which is sad. The floors are greasy and the bathroom are disgusting. I went to wash my hands before eating and I felt dirtier leaving the bathroom then when I went in. We will NOT being coming back to any HobNob.
Large space with good food and great atmosphere. I love the games they have available. We played Uno while we are so it was perfect for kids.I had the chicken pot pie and tried one each of the lemon pepper wings and habanero mango wings. Everything was really tasty!!Service was great. She was good about timing drink refills and quick with orders.

If you want good food and horrible service this is the place. If you read the other reviews they seem to be known for bad customer service. If I’m management and I read the reviews, I would make sure to immediately implement changes with my crew.The environment is nice, food is delicious, drinks are good. Got the Mac and cheese with the chicken tenders, shrimp and grits, old fashioned and a watermelon mule. I didn’t like the service we received from Catherine the waitress. She seemed more concerned about every other waitress and what they were up to rather than taking care of her table. Not sure if she is a supervisor or what. She wasn’t rude, she was just non chalant and took for ever for everything!3 stars because of the service.
This was my first time here. The food was very good and the customer service was really good. The atmosphere was really great and spacious dining. I had the chicken and waffles sliders which was a big portion and delicious.
