Do not lease from here. They sent me to debt collections 1 year after leaving one of their apartments.I was staying at another apartment of there's for another year after with no problem, they never contacted me about it.This has happened to FOUR other people i know. Management needs to be replaced.

We toured Highland Walk today and had a great experience with Marla. She was not only friendly, but also incredibly knowledgeable about the property & area. It’s fun to be around someone who truly enjoys what they do & Marla is a great example of that.
Car broken into and package stolen in the matter of 3 weeks from each other. Essentially zero security and/or cameras in this place. Good luck to anyone looking to move in here. For the same amount of money you can find a location that has security/locking garages in the same area. Nice Leasing Team thoug.
This is a one star review at 3am, why am I up at 3am? The fire alarms will not stop. This seems to happen every few months and has gotten very tiring.There is a very loud bar across the street, with frequent street racing during the summer, but ultimately that’s not the fault of the rental company.I was also foolish enough to accept a 10% annual rent increase, so keep that mind.

Almost had us. We were real close to signing a lease at Highland Walk but Marla messed up. She was real nice and social during the tour, but over email, she had a split personality. She was trying to pressure me us into signing by giving us a sense of urgency. She told us that she could hold the floorplan we wanted for the next day, but no longer since another current tenant wanted to transfer there. When we emailed her back literally 10 min later asking a question about the community, she responded and then also said the floorplan is gone. She said gave it to the current tenant. I asked her why she told us that she would hold it for the next day in the prior email. She didn’t respond until a few days later apologizing and saying they have the same floorplan available now. Not sure what happened but we wouldnt have signed a lease with her after that even if she gave us a month for free. Thats what you call poor salesmanship and customer service.

I love living at Highland Walk! I moved here a couple of months ago and I love everything about being here. I can enjoy the busyness of Inman Park and then walk a block home and enjoy the quiet of being a part of this amazing neighborhood. Everyone I’ve met has been so nice and the office staff is the best! Great amenities and a perfect location!
I just moved back to Highland Walk after a terrible decision to move to Inman Quarter and I’m so glad I’m back! The location is perfect. You can enjoy the insanity that can be Inman Park on the weekends, but when you’ve had enough, you can walk a couple of blocks and enjoy the quiet. Direct access to the beltline from Highland, fantastic staff, and wonderful amenities. Have you seen the pool? I would definitely recommend Highland Walk if you’re looking to move into Inman Park.
