Loved the fine dining experience. Recommend the peach mule, crispy king oyster mushroom, crispy sushi roll, and pan seared scallion pancakes. All very delicious and full of flavor.
What it lacks in ambience (outdated decor), it makes up for with flavor! Very extensive vegan menu with an Asian flare.
I wish I would have taken pictures of more than just their delicious food. The menu has a Korean American fusion vibe to it. Vegan restaurants typically lack in the moderate to fine dining feel and this restaurant is one I could definitely get dressed up to go to for a dinner date. Pom pom steak (lions mane mushroom based) was delicious and the texture was amazing as was everything we tried here. Whenever I'm in Atlanta, this place is on my list. I unfortunately can't remember if there was outdoor seating (it was raining and we were rushing in for an early lunch). You won't be disappointed with menu options.
This restaurant is amazing. Very nice atmosphere. The food is elegant and the plating is unique. I would recommend this restaurant to my friends and families.
Mediocre and overpriced. The duck buns appetizer was favorable. "Lemongrass tofu w. baby gai lan" entree lacked both lemongrass and baby gai lan...? It was instead served with bok choy and a bland sweet chili-like sauce, and no explanation. The "Pan-seared soy fish w. organic kale simmered in curry laksa" was the most expensive and smallest portion of soy fish I've ever seen— I order soy fish often and from menus worldwide. The kale curry laksa component was inedibly salty.German chocolate cake was decent. The host was away from his stand and the male waiter seemed to be annoyed by having to seat our party (w. reservations) himself. Aloof and rude. Glad he wasn't our waiter.
I’m giving it 3 stars because the flavors feel flat. If it had not been for the fact that I’ve come for brunch before and have tasted better a few years ago it would’ve been less. The desserts and pressed juice however were great! Not $125 worth tho for the dinner flavors. Mostly soy everything too just fyi
Food was delicious, service was quick, and there are lots of options. This is a great find!!The portions are small for the main meal but dessert was a big slice of delicious cake.
Very good all-vegan menu. Some things more flavorful than others. Very good service from Susan, cute sense of humor. Ridiculously overpriced though. Definitely good for special occasions but not a regular go-to.
We were excited to visit Herban Fix while visiting Atlanta. We still don't eat in restaurants due to Covid, so we called in an order to pick up. The food was ready quickly, it was packaged well so we had no leaks on the drive back to our hotel, and everything was delicious. Our favorite dish was the Rice Vermicelli with Vegetables... so good! We also especially liked the soy chicken kabobs! The only thing that could have been better is that one dish we ordered came with kimchi and we asked to substitute something else because we don't care for kimchi, but they said no substitutions were allowed. No big deal though, as all the food was great.
My husband and I are visiting Atlanta for the holidays and we’re looking for upscale dining to celebrate our anniversary. He’s a vegan and I’m a GF flexitarian. Herban Fix was amazing. We highly recommend! I hope to return on future visits to Atlanta.
