Hole in they wall place, but excellent tacos and fries. Have been there a few times.Very odd decor, seems like they went to Goodwill with $50 and picked out random pictures.
Great flavor. A different taco experience. You have to get the fries! It was recommended to me and I will do the same.
Most Enjoyable. Quick & Easy and a good chew !
Went to try this place after seeing so many good reviews and knowing that it was visited by Guy Fieri. My tacos were good and the flavor was fine but not the best Korean/Mexican fusion I’ve had. The food was a little on the cold side as well which I wasn’t expecting. Overall it was good and my desire to try it is satisfied.
Went here because Bone Garden Cantina and Nuevo Laredo both had a one-hour wait. It was ok…I feel like the pictures kind of say it all. I wouldn’t come back. The sauce was overkill (I forgot to ask for it on the side) and the fish was just those fish sticks you may have eaten as a child when your mom didn’t have time to cook “proper dinner.” Bean sprouts were not fresh, but that’s been standard for “Korean fast food” that I’ve tried. They automatically at an 18% tip, and then serve the food in styrofoam and don’t bring (plastic) silverware or styrofoam cups of water. That’s fine, I don’t mind self-serve…but it’s a bit audacious to automatically add an 18% tip when you aren’t actually being served. I tipped anyway because I feel like this probably indicates they don’t pay a fair wage and instead expect customer’s generosity to make up the difference. Happy to do so. That said, last week I had bibimbap at Han Il Kwan off Buford Highway. I think it cost $16 vs. $12 and it was infinitely better. For fast food, this food should be cheaper. At this price, I think there are better fast food options available.
My tacos were quite tastey, but they were kind of cold. I had their buffalo chicken tacos and fried cauliflower tacos. And I wish they would've used a little less lettuce, too. But I would still consider eating there again.
Just visited today 12/28/21 and my Tong Dak (Fired Chicken) and Shrimp Taco were horrible. I ordered around 1:30pm and that is where I went wrong. The food can be very good if you eat during peak times. The food they serve from 1:00pm to 5:00pm is consistently COLD. Why? Because they pre-cook (fry) the fish, calamari, chicken or whatever the special of the day is and let it sit under heat lamps for obviously too long. The food is barely warm on the outside and completely cold inside. Why do they do this? Everyone knows that if you want good food, you have to wait for it to be cooked fresh. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not order the BUFFALO chicken because not only do they precook the chicken, they also go ahead and dip it in the buffalo sauce and then they throw it under the same inadequate heat lamp. The result is a soggy, cold buffalo chicken taco. This place has been featured on the Food network but it does not meet the expectations during the less busy times of the day.
Love all the tempura offerings, but the gyro is my fave.
Korean fusion taco. It’s your typical hole on the wall restaurant. You know what that means! It can offer some of the most tasty food!! Also, the place is definitely old! We sat by the wall, and something was smelling funky.Sticky chickens taco - chicken is juicy and tender but not very warm to my liking. We should have asked for a toasted tortilla. Not sure if they offer it or help with the temperature.Fried Avocado Taco - It is not very crunchy, but they sauce is creamy. They are not afraid to overload your taco with vegetables and make the sauce overflow. I feel so healthy ? after having one of them.Bimbimba - It typically comes with beef, but you can ask for other proteins if you prefer. The biggest downside is the fact that rice is only warm. Normally a bimbimba comes in a stone pot, and the rice is hot!! The fact that they are serving it in a styrofoam and serving only warm rice is a major disappointment. This is not due to COVID. They have been doing this for years. Also, might as well get a couple more spoons if you prefer to mix up everything before diving in your bowl. The quality of utensils is absolutely the cheapest.Service was decent. You walk in and can go straight to the cashier for ordering. The cashier at the time was nice and patient with us.Overall, I would still recommend someone to come try out their Tacos!
really good, great customer service waited less than 5 minutes for my food. The fries were great and the dumplings were just as good.
