I’ve been eating at Nick’s Hapeville location for 20+ years. Just found out a few months ago that his sons have expanded the business. This is the only other location that I’ve visited but after three visits the food has been great every time. Beef/lamb gyro ? plate with extra pita!
Not open during posted hours. It's a trend with the chain though. It's happened probably 50% of the time I want to go.
The cashier was really great! Answered my question about the proteins they had.
Coming from New York City originally and having had excellent falafel near universities (like Mamounsa by NYU, I had high hopes for the falafel here. I was crushed. They clearly use a powdered mix. And substitute yoghurt sauce for tahina. Iceberg lettuce. And overpriced to boot at $8.71 (including tax). Maybe their other items are better....didn't try anything else.

The food looks like the plate has been dropped on the ground and assembled back using a scoop. Potatoes are soggy, falafels taste like bread crumbs and tzatziki is...bitter? How do you guys even have customers... (ordered via UberEats)

Love this place. Decent size portions for the price, and it tastes good. Service is always fast and friendly.
