Here celebrating my daughter's future wedding. Got the calamari. It was nice and crunchy with a delicious sauce. Good amount of food. It was delicious. Super nice people. Great value.
Ordered two Lobster & Crab grilled cheese sandwiches and an order of Triple fries (crab, shrimp and lobster). Overall the appearance of food was great! The flavor of the fries, SAUCE included was amazing! Cost was $80+Only take aways for me consisted of :• fries were cooked a bit too much causing the fries to be hard even with sauce on top.• The grilled cheese had so much butter that it overpowered the meats inside.• Food is expensive and wasn't fulfilling, but also the sandwiches were supposed to come with a side of fries and chips and we weren't given either other although we were charged full price.• Lastly, we sat down, asked for a few minutes to look over menu and make our selection. We then advised them 2x we were ready when they asked and walked by and it was acknowledged by an ok and head-nod. 10 minutes passed and we had to walk up and order in line to be served and even with that my partner was passed over and then given the opportunity to place an order.
I visited this black owned establishment on Thursday, February 24, 2022. Upon arrival the food hall stall was clean and well presented with a 100 health score displayed. The menu was straightforward and posted in the front and on the side of the business. The young lady at the counter was nice and I ordered the lobster and crab grilled cheese which came with came with fries. After ordering I was given a buzzer which buzzed when the food was ready. All of the workers were professional and friendly. Once the buzzer buzzed I got my order in a white styrofoam container. This food hall does have outdoor seating options so I sat outdoors and had my food since it was nice weather. The food at first sight like and smelled fresh and flavorful. The waffle fries were seasoned well, but I felt were slightly over cooked. They were almost as crunch as potato chips which is why I took a star off. The sandwich itself was very well seasoned and flavorful. The grilled cheese bread was toasted to perfection and the sandwich had authentic buttery crab and lobster flavor with the cheesy goodness combined. This was definitely one of the best grilled cheeses I’ve had especially with the unique touch of crab and lobster. Also the sandwich had a hefty portion of the crab and lobster meat. The meal was quite filling and I even had enough left to eat for dinner since I’m not a big eater. They did have the classic condiments of ketchup and hotsauce etc available which helped me eat the fries. Overall I fairly enjoyed the meal with the sandwich being the best part of the dining experience. Even when I reheated the food in the oven later it was still good in quality and I was able to eat it without much deviation away from its original taste. The fries also were definitely less crisp and actually were at the crispness they should’ve been at when it was served to me. I would recommend this establishment to everyone who visits chattahoochee food works food hall for their grilled cheese sandwiches.In response to the owner: I believe you have me mixed up with someone else. I didn’t bring the fries to your attention at all. I’m simply commenting that the fries were overly crispy. Please don’t make things up about me that aren’t true. I give honest thorough reviews and if what you’re saying was the case I would’ve stated that in my review. What you’re saying is untrue and I’m clearing that up right now for anyone that reads this review. I would’ve had no problem asking for more fries, but I didn’t feel like it would’ve made a difference they were what they were and I wanted to eat my whole meal together not piece meal items. It’s simply a customer opinion to be taken as a suggestion. If I return I wouldn’t mind bringing it to your attention next time, but that just wasn’t the case for my first visit.
Not what the hype was about! The fries were not what goes with fresh crab meat! Fresh fries would be nice! The wings should be a kids meal. Won’t be back!
Lobster grilled cheese and seafood fries were amazing! Seafood was fresh, flavors were 10/10. I don’t know what that sauce was on top of the fries but wow! Customer service was also 10/10 and food was made super fast. Will definitely be back to try other items!
Walked around the Chattahooochee Food Works hall twice , just to be drawn to the pictures of the lobster grilled cheese and crabby fries . Loaded !! Food was coming hot off the grill and I knew we needed to stop by and give it a try. So glad we did !!! That lobster grilled cheese is legit - super cheesy , buttery and the highest quality of seafood. All orders are cooked to order!Do not stray away because of the price - on the expensive side but well worth it . Plus the staff is super friendly and on top of the orders ! I really like the ambience - everything is clean and the bar tops make for a comfy area to hang with friends and enjoy your meal . I just started with the grilled cheese and fries , but can’t wait for more !!! Also do your self a favor and order some WooWoo juice to wash everything down !!! So refreshing !
LOBSTER AND CRAB GRILLED CHEESE?! Need I say more????While visiting The Works (the conglomerate of upscale food vendor stands where this restaurant is located). The sandwich was mind blowing. The perfect comfort food on a freezing cold Saturday night in Atlanta. It was served between two pieces of crisp buttery Texas-like toast with melted gooey cheese and packed with lobster and crab. The cheese didn't overpower the flavors of the seafood so you could really get the flavors of the sweet lobster and crabmeat. It was very filling. For an up charge, we got an order of the fries. They are delicious crisp seasoned waffle fries.It's worth every penny.
The crabby fries were AMAZING! Crab was fresh and I’m a Gulf Coast/NOLA girl and I’m picky about my seafood. The staff was friendly and attentive and were a great part of the overall experience. We will definitely be back for the Lobster Grilled Cheese!?
First time at grub truck stop and I ordered their spicy lobster fries. I walked away with my husband to get tipsy ?. When I got back to pick up my order, the guy said he wanted to make my fries over so they would be fresh. Um yea so he’s passionate about his food & I was not expecting that. Food is delicious ?! Thank you!
