Do not waste your time or money! I placed my order online and when I arrived 30 minutes later it was not ready, they weren't even working on it. I had to wait which defeated the purpose of me ordering online to begin with. Upon entering the store the girl was arguing with another customer who got her money back and left mad.Get new employees or this business will not last very long. The majority of them are standing outside the girl inside kept going to the door to unlock it, why I don't know. Not to mention the price online ($16) is different in store ($12.99).I will not be spending my money here again..

I hate leaving bad reviews, but my experience was horrible. :( I placed in order in the 8PM hour and I arrived to the store to pick up my order and the cashier informed me that my order had been cancelled. This turned out to be false, they just decided to not make my order because the store was closing in an hour. Unfortunately, since the order wasn't cancelled I never got my money back which was over $30 and I'm still attempting to get my refund at this time. I've been given the run-around as I've been told that a manager will call me but never does.I've called the store multiple times and they take the phone off the hook or pick up and leave me listening to the background. Also, when I have spoke with someone in the store they tend to act clueless. I spoke with a young man yesterday and he informed me that a manager was not on duty to help me and didn't truly know when I could call back to speak with one... His answer was "I don't know". I just want my money back at this point.I was trying to support small business, but it isn't that hard to pick up the phone and return calls, especially when there's a complaint and someone has been charged for something they didn't receive. As I said, I hate leaving bad review but I've been patient for 6 days now on getting a response.

as of lately it hasn’t been taking the same. one night the rice is grainy. the next night the chicken is rock hard. i try to call for a remake. no one answers. this food is $14 for a plate and im honestly disappointed at this point

I live near this location and have visited 7+ times. The food is hit or miss, but the one thing that remains consistent is the poor customer service. The constant visits of walking in and no one being present at the front. Having to physically walk to the back room and get someone’s attention because they have their AirPods in and are talking on the phone. You’re more likely to find a teenager posting to their Instagram story about being bored than a decent meal which is a shame because the concept of the restaurant is exactly what Hapeville needs. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability in who they hire and enforcing work etiquette has driven away much of the surrounding community that supported them when they first opened and lately the food has been a reflection of that.

Grub had high ratings on Uber eats (still don’t understand how that was the case) so we decided to order from this place on a night we had to spend by the Atlanta airport. We ordered extra chicken and avocado with a salad and both items were missing. They didn’t even add the salad dressing we chose with the salad. Ordered a wrap that came as a combo with chips and an extra payment for a drink, and both chips and drink were missing. Lastly, the order came with a few forks but zero napkins. We tried to call the restaurant several times and no one answered. We will not order from this place again and wouldn’t recommend it to others either.

This place is TRASH. Unknowledgeable, unprofessional, and unfriendly employees. Never "prepared" for customers. Employees just goofing off and doing a bunch of NOTHING. A lot of "going to the back" to get stuff. Or out of stuff. On this particular day they had no lettuce to make a salad. Employees wearing mask on their chin. What's the point? Counter and food prep area was unclean and messy. Food is not even worth it. Employees definitely lack training and BASIC customer service skills. Wendy's or McDonald's is by far a better option. Absolute TRASH!!!

I like Grub and I think they do a great job of the flavor combinations in their bowls. However, I've been there twice and order a bowl with brown rice and jasmine rice and in both the rice was under cooked and hard. Which for there being so much of it put a damper on the overall quality of the meal. I'll try them again, but I'd probably get a wrap instead.

I had the chicken teriyaki bowl with added shrimp & it was pretty tasty. I also tried a gluten free banana donut, which was also good. The staff was very polite and patient.

My reviews usually glow with praises. For this place, I could not. The staff was unfriendly - they didn’t even let us know our food was ready. My friend and I stepped right outside of the front doors to discuss a personal matter. We waited and waited and waited - no waive, or nod, or, “hey your food is ready.” Nothing. The young lady in the lobby on her cell phone just watched us. When we opened the front door to check on our order they pulled the dishes off a delivery shelf like we were a call-in order. Then there was the meal itself. The place gets decent reviews normally - so I have to guess that the server who made our dishes was heavy handed with the teriyaki sauce. The chicken teriyaki bowl was DRENCHED in sodium-filled sauce so badly that it wasn’t edible. I had traveled all day, and had just arrived in town so I was absolutely STARVING - and they took so long to fix it - so I tried to get the food down. That was apparently a HUGE mistake. When I concluded that the sauce was drenched throughout the meal - and continuing to consume the sodium sauce could give me a hypertension headache- I ultimately asked the young lady at the counter what she could do about making us new bowls without so much sauce. The staff refused to fix the problem. I had attempted to take my good friend out to dinner - but we could not even enjoy the food. I wasted my $23.00. The Staff simply took the food back with no refund or even an apology. Mint, the manager, looked at us and refused to assist us in ANY way - accept to tell me that if I didn’t appreciate the service- I should write a Google review. Well Mint, I followed your directions. I love following and supporting Black business- so this customer service failure cut me like a knife. I live in the DMV - I eat out 2 or 3 days per week. Never experienced this. This place was a customer service nightmare.

Grub is my go to whenever in Hapeville area. The food is both good for you & delicious. A win win in my book! Lol Of my many visits my favorite dish is the southwest chicken bowl with brown rice. Be mindful it tastes even better than it looks. The customer service is always great there as well. Will continue being a repeat customer for sure.
