This review is for the customer service at Gyro and Wings in Cumberland. The young male light skinned worker with curly hair behind the counter is extremely ignorant and rude. Poor customer service. Stop joking around and take care of your customers.
I worked at great wraps when I was in high school and this location makes sucks. This was one of the worst wraps i have ever had. Then the attitude of the employees was Horrible I won’t be returning to this location to this location.
Good food but slow service. Needs a deep clean. The signs and ceiling are covered in dust
They don’t refund money and u have to ask for meat on sub to be changed he’s extra
Too many young kids working there take forever for your food soda too

The Cumberland Mall is very nice. I ordered the Original Gyro and my Husband ordered the Spicy Gyro meal. I swear the meat tasted like old can meat that had been frozen then put on the grill 2 weeks ago then pulled out of dirty Tupperware and microwaved. The French Fries were sad because they were slumping over inside of the box. My Husband said the soda was pretty good. Never will we go there again.
I need to stay away from this place... Not because the food is bad or service isnt good but because I found myself coming here 5 times in a three weeks. Really good gyros! I tried two places in Midtown and niether were as good as this place. Absolutely love the gyros here!!!
