Had a very pleasant stay at this Hyatt. I received various emails before, and throughout the stay checking that the Hyatt experience was a good one. The room was very clean and well maintained, and I loved the waterfall and garden outside. The valet staff, although I didn't drive, was very courteous and engaging as I was waiting for my ride. The one thing that didn't really align with the rest of the experience was a lack of shuttle on Monday and Tuesday. I won't knock their rating for something free they offer as a convenience, I just wish I knew for half of my stay it wouldn't be available. I chose this hotel over another up the street due to the reviews calling out how convenient the shuttle was. Other than that, a very good stay and I would stay here again when in town.
Everything at the hotel was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is elegant and comfortable. Looking forward to coming back again. The quality was apparent from check in to check out.
Wonderful attentive staff. Beautiful rooms with plenty of space. A lovely garden and pool. I is right in the middle of great shopping and restaurants. What is not to love about this property. I would stay again in a heartbeat.
When someone is trying to get ahold of hotel staff, please make sure that staff answers phones. I tried several times to get some questions answered without having to go downstairs to the front desk. Prior to my trip, I had difficulty getting anyone to pick up the phone to answer my questions.
Hotel was easy to find. Room was clean. Valet was quick to get my car. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. Bathroom lighting is dim and not great to put makeup on. Would stay there again.
Fabulous service throughout our 4 days stay. From check in to check out the staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. The food was very good in both restaurants and for the conference luncheons and breakfasts.
We arrived much earlier than the check in time, but they were able to accommodate us. Bethany checked us in and recommended several great dining options. Although everyone at the property was more than satisfactory, Bethany exhibited excellent customer service.
Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The gym had everything I needed to have a great workout. Self-parking is a bit of a walk but not that large of an inconvenience. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.
Everyone at this hotel was friendly, courteous, and prompt. The food was excellent as well as the waiters. The room was clean and had every amenity we required. Will definitely be back next time in Atlanta
We're having our conference here and everything about the facility is wonderful. Staff at all levels are amazingly accommodating. Love them all! Only set back, restaurant Cassis is pricey and food wasn't very good.Consider offering lest expensive & quick breakfast options for higher guest response, and greater turnover with food sales.
