You know the pizza is good to me when you come back two more times within the same week… and the last time you sit and eat in the parking lot… It's so good that we made a vow to only do this once in a month until we get a hold of our appetite for this place… I mean wth? I make excuses to try and go downtown for it… like "I'm going running… I'll be back tonight with pizza!" (never works)
Went to dine in, ordered a wing combo with a drink. They gave me a bottled coke and required me to pay extra for a cup and ice and pointed to a sign on the wall. I understand times are hard for restaurants but if I paid for a $15 meal I can get somewhere else for cheaper, the last thing I should be charged for is a cup of ice to go with a bottle soda. I don't know what restaurant charges for a cup and ice on top of paying $2.50 for a bottled drink but that's extremely petty. I've been a customer of Goodfellas for years at the old location...but they lost me with this last experience for good.
Wasn't to bad but nothing special either. The wings are pretty good and a decent size. Be careful trying to find the restaurant after sun down because the sign is kind of dark with no lighting surrounding it.
-VERY DISAPPOINTED to say the least. Not impressed at all . We are here from out of town just for tonight and decided to give this place a shot . Ordered TWO Godfather burgers , (WELL-DONE) both my husbands and mine were PINK !! No seasoning whatsoever !! I can’t believe they were pink! Not only that but my children love pizza and they even complained . The cheese was burnt, and the tenders were hard. I specifically asked that the sauces for my tenders be dipping sauces and they still poured the hot and bbq all over the tenders. I spent $80 on absolute trash , and then they even left my wings that CAME WITH the pizza & coke combo off my order. When I called to let them know the manager over talked me, interrupted me and swore to me that she put them in the bag. Once she realized that she made a mistake she didn’t even apologize. She said she would have them made , and bring them to us herself and never even showed up. When I called back and asked for the manager another employee began over talking me mid sentence, unapologetic and very rude ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND wasting your money here nor will I give them my business again!
Food was decent, but customer service can be WAAAY BETTER! I just had an unnecessary dispute with the person at front desk over condiments, that I paid for, that were missing from my order! If they didn't have the condiments, it could've been stated, and I would've EASILY substituted for another. But instead, they let me leave the place knowing that my condiments weren't in my bag, and didn't attempt to make a resolution. When I came back to the store, not only was the person at the desk on her cellphone having a conversation, but she ARGUED back and forth with me about not having the condiments, without still offeringa resolution... Meanwhile still on her cellphone!!I WONT BE BACK AGAIN!!
The girl at the register, Shea, is rude and has poor customer service. Instead of listening to my order, she felt so inclined to let me know of extra charges, that was fine I knew what I asked for, but she charged me for something I didn’t ask for and then did not want to refund me for it. She is ghetto and has attitude problems. Steer clear if you don’t want your money taken by some fast little girl who will be upset about mistakes she made on your order and then tell you to get a fountain drink (which their machine looks filthy btw). I said no ma’am and will be calling for management for this awful experience.
The pizza cook is Nasty!!!! was cleaning and touching garbage with same gloves he made pizza with even rubbed his eye never changed gloves I will NOT be back he's disgusting ?? needs to be fired I will NEVER eat here again
For some reason this Goodfellas is not the same as the one that was across from The Varsity. Nothing tastes the same. There was a new male cashier being trained but the trainer was just ugh... The place is just blah... No life no purpose. That's how it felt, so unwelcomed. Will not be returning. After 12 plus years coming here before it moved to this location, i have to say,, it was good while it was across from Varsity.
I literally would not even give this place star but seeing that I needed to do it so I can write this review . Here it goes ok first of all this place is tacky. They barely even have enough parking let alone this place is dirty. I do DoorDash and they cheat the system by having you start your delivery while still in the restaurant. Now my question is why is that ? Because delivery does not start until you to get back in your vehicle. Not in your store. The cheat the system by doing this to show that they have fast service but it’s not true. And it’s not right . And next the customer service and the employees who’s supposed to be providing that customer service is completely rude about it. On top of it all they are always on their cellphones watching Facebook and instagram . From now on I will NEVER recommend this place let alone accept any orders from them
Stopped in for a quick lunch. I was assisted by Trey, he was courteous and professional. I ordered 1 cheese slice and a salad. A quick 10 mins later, I received my piping hot pizza; but I was most amazed by the salad. No wilted lettuce and everything else was fresh as could be. ( lately every where else has bad salads) Awesome experience, definitely coming back!!
