Good tea. Terrible service. I think she was even rolling her eyes at customers.
they ran out of ice AND boba. the employees were very nonchalant and deficient to good costumer service. i'm only giving them two stars because their tea is good, but there is no reason a boba place should run out of it's main things...?

The drinks are absolutely not good and ridiculously overpriced. I payed $14 for two drinks that were mediocre at best (which is so stupid considering you can get delicious boba made with real tea and fresh milk for basically half that 10 mins away). The milk in my drink tasted off, the boba was bland and my boyfriend's drink had a horrible aftertaste. Basically, if you like paying to be disappointed, you'd love this place

Whatever syrup they use in they’re brown sugar tea is disgusting ? I would give less that 1 star if I could!

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. STAY AWAY.First off, the hours on Google are wrong. My wife loves this place but it's 30 minutes from our house. We will make special trips out here whenever the work schedule allows. This is our 4th time here in 3 weeks. The first time, everything went smoothly. The second time, dude messed up the order badly. We had a bit of a special order with ice and sugar levels. After verifying those were correct we waited for the drinks, 3 of them since she likes to stock up and drink them later. All 3 were wrong, drink choice, size of drink and toppings. Essentially every single thing the dude entered was wrong but it was our fault since they lay the responsibility on you to check the order. The third time we came, it was a little after 7pm and despite Google saying they are open until 10, they were closed. For our 4th time, we're here at 5:30 and there is a note in the window saying out to lunch be back soon. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. STAY AWAY.
Wow .. what a waste of time and money .. Saturday evening and store is run by couple if lazy bums .. out of stock with most of the stuff but still selling at sub par standards ... cheap copy of Boba Tea.. but failed by a mile ..
