Great service! Damon is the man, he should get a raise! Very personable, energetic and helpful with getting your order placed, as well as providing recommendations for what to eat! I will definitely be back in the future to say hi! Food hit the spot as well.
Ordered everything bagel with lox spread and got a bagel with regular cream cheese. No breakfast tea only weird flavors. What every happened to Lipton and Tetley?
I visited Goldberg’s ATL airport location. The cashier refused my airline employee discount with my employee badge. She advised that I needed to be in uniform. My role does not require a uniform.
Opening 10 minutes late at an airport is not acceptable. We are all trying to make our flights but we should be able to get food before the flight if we get here 2 hrs early like we are supposed to. After opening 10 minutes late they were rude .
I've only been here today and it was not a good experience. I actually did not purchase anything here so I can't speak to the actual food. I waited in the line that wasn't extremely long but it wasn't super short either. I got to the register and ordered. After the cashier just pointed at the keypad for the cards. I asked if they accept cash and she just pointed. I asked again and she just pointed. I don't have an issue with them not accepting cash but there were no signs saying this, and this should be a requirement. The lack of informing potential customers of something that is a deficiency and the rudeness of the staff that I had encountered was why I left. I do fly through this airport about once or twice a year so I hope that they can improve, and I'll try again.
It's in an airport so expectations should be held on check. Bagels were very large, tasty and filling. Service was average at best, but it's in an airport so I wasn't expecting a 5 star service. As long as I get my food reasonably fast and the people I talk to aren't rude I'm fine. This was the case. But man that bagel sandwich really hit the spot for a hungry traveler.
OMG! This place is the bomb! Had veggie omelet with regular grits. Grits were good but i not a big garlic fan, added sugar and some butter cleaned my bowl. A must if in the Cascades Heights area!!♥️Ask for Buggie she is the best..
9am on a Sunday and they’re out of everything except bagels and cream cheese. They were even out of the one bagel I asked for after being told they have no eggs, bacon, sausage or cheese. I already paid for the bagel I was stuck settling for just to have to change it to a plain at the last second. They could’ve at least yelled out to people letting everyone know don’t waist your time in this line unless you just want a deflect fee bagel choices and cream cheese. Oh well lesson learned. Only reason for two stars is the worker was kind.
Pretty good coffee. What's more impressive is the lids on their coffee cups. They have a built it slide to close it when your walking through the airport and the spout contours to your lips. Very ergonomic.
