This was pleasantly Disappointing cupcakes ? I order from Uber. I didn't read the reviews until after they arrived. I wish I had because the cake was dry, and the frosting was less desirable. My lO didn't like the vanilla, and I ordered two different flavors. Neither one did the trick. I wasted $30 but at least we had the opportunity to try something new. Best of luck and I really hope the flavors get better. It has a lot of great potential.

These review are WILD. Y'all know you're buying $3.75 cupcakes, right? This is not a Michelin star restaurant. No need to publicly shame a young pregnant woman for not rolling out the red carpet for you. Please seek therapy if you're distraught over a cupcake.Anyway, my husband brought me home a leftover cupcake from the office and I immediately had to find where they were from. Best cupcake I've ever had!!I think the price is totally reasonable. I remember cupcake spots charging more in 2010... Soooo like relax.

The best cupcakes ever! I love their flavors - delicious, rich and never dry!!

I went on a cupcake adventure today. I drove 2 hrs away. I had gone to a total of 4 bakeries. Soley searching for the best red velvet. You're in Buckhead and you think, things will be top tier. Welp, I was wrong. This was the worst cupcake I have ever had. I saw the reviews and still tried them for myself.I purchased a red velvet and keylime cupcake. Both were nasty. Compared to other bakeries, the size of them were really small. The cupcake was soooo hard and dry. The frosting had form some form of crust(being exposed to air). There was no taste, dry, the color was more of a brownish red. The keylime cake was white.I'm not trying to be mean bc maybe they are giving it their all. Please take these reviews into consideration and improve.

This place’s deserves a negative star if there’s anything like that! They ruined my daughter’s 1st birthday and tried to offer me a gift card as an excuse. The server at this location is absolutely useless and doesn’t know what she’s supposed to do.I gave the gift card to another lady in the store. After being a loyal customer since 2018, I will not return here again.******update******The manager called and tried to offer me another gift card or more cupcakes and I appreciate the gesture but my daughters 1st birthday was ruined so absolutely no going back!

The cupcakes are delicious and the assortment is excellent. They serve coffee, too. However, this store does not feel well managed. For example, the place looks cluttered. Another example, each time I've been here the manager seems to be in the back doing something and the single staff person in the front doesn't seem to want to interact with customers. No smile, hello, or what can I get for you? I would have to ask for help. Both times I've been here, it was but at all busy - just me or another customer.Once you're able to get someone's attention, they are polite

When I went by the store today and paid for parking the employee was leaving the store. She stated that she was going to make a deliveryand she is the only one there.I don’t understand why an employee is going to make a delivery and leave the store unattended in the middle of the day. Needless, to say I had to pay for an hour of parking which is the minimum in front of the store and not be able to purchase cupcakes is very frustrating. The employee had not shut or locked the door and could have gone back into the store, so that I could make my purchase. Poor customer service and I won’t be returning to this store. When they first opened I was very pleased. However, as time has passed the quality of the cupcakes has declined as well as my interaction with the employees. This is not the first time I was dissatisfied with my service but it will be the last as I won’t be returning. There are way too many great cupcake stores in ATL to put up with this.

Came here to pick up a couple of cupcakes for my grandmother who is visiting and the service was horrible. The lady was super lazy and rude, you could tell she didn’t want to be there. The cupcakes are too expensive to have horrible service. Piece of cake is so much better, service wise and taste wise. Should get new staff.

This has honestly been disappointing, I have tried the branch in Boston which was phenomenal. Was staying in Florida and drove all the way here to get some cupcakes since my previous experiences were great. The service wasn’t good, and the cupcakes weren’t even close to the same taste or texture. The difference is like getting an in and out burger or any good burger and then eating a frozen microwaveable burger. The muffin wasn’t soft nor tasted or felt fresh like the one form the other branch and the icing was bland. I won’t say it was inedible, but it was a compete disappointment even if I won’t compare it to the Boston branch, I won’t order again from this place ....

Wish I could give less than 1 star. Really old and hard $4 cupcake. Employee didn’t acknowledge us when we walked in- I had to ask her if they were open after a while because she wasn’t looking at us or approaching us. The store lights weren’t even on, not sure if they were broken or if she didn’t want customers because she was talking on her AirPods the entire time we were in there. Don’t go
