Friendly staff but mediocre food. Plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans. Long wait.
Overpriced, poor and rude service. Food was poor quality and the food took excessively long to receive. Much better options in the area.

5 stars for the big guy. I picked up a $400 DoorDash order at lunch time on 5-12-21 and though the order was fulfilled about 45 minutes later than it should have been, the big guy was back there shaking and baking with the best of them. This guy makes great music, but he's a one man band. Hospitality and culinary wizardry is his calling, but, please, get this good man some staff! All things considered, he's always got a spot on my DoorDash all star squad. Thanks, and salute!
We placed a group order through GrubHub before they opened. Delivery scheduled for 12:15pm. They called at 12:13pm to say they haven't started the order yet, but they could get it to us in 45 minutes. So I continued with the order. It is now almost 2pm and the food is still at the restaurant. Insane.
It says they’re open today but they’re not actually open. It’s currently Sunday around 1:30 pm.

Great food! I accidentally ordered from the incorrect Freshii location! Tyson went above and beyond and re-made the bowl that I ordered from the other location! Thank you!!
As a Canadian i was looking forward to going to Freshii (because it's a Canadian franchise). There were inconsistency in the order, same order but taste different on different visits (maybe they changed the recipe for the worse :-() Also, not very hygienic, the person who was serving kept pulling his pants with the same hands he was using to pick up the ingredients, he was using the same gloves in the back (kitchen) and came right out to serve. Moreover he must have had a cold because his nose wasn't clean and kept sniffling. When i shared this with my co-workers, they had the same comment of hygiene that has taken away their appetite for Freshii. Please be mindful of these things before we lose you in our building.thanks
Stopped by on the first day open and really enjoyed my experience! Friendly, energetic team, fresh ingredients and a lot of good food! Highly recommend!
