I went to Freshens concourse D at the Atlanta airport and I have never encountered in my life such rude and careless employee. She’s the General Manager, I didn’t know the name of the crêpe so I pointed at it she didn’t bother to look or help me , when I told my friend what else you wanted, The lady said what did you say? I said I’m talking to my friend . I asked if they offer discounts she said $12.87 . I reiterated my question again she said $12.87When I looked at my receipt i realized she didn’t give it to me .As a GENERAL MANAGER she’s supposed to delivered Excellent Customer like the airport requires.I will not recommend this location at all .
If you want to eat at the Atlanta airport, DONT go here. I watched as 5 people left without their food because they had been waiting so long, had their order entered wrong, and were going to miss their flight if they waited any longer. Instead of working faster to get orders out, the two employees stood there arguing with customers while the line got longer. I too had to leave without my food, which I paid for, after waiting for 20 minutes.
Bottom of the barrel reheated pre-made crepes. Don't be fooled by the fancy looking crepe griddle.
This Location is near Gate B11. I ordered the Nutella Supreme Crepe that says 6.99 on their board. I noticed my receipt the The cashier charged me for a Crepe Hummus for 8.29 plus tax total 8.93. I asked her and she said "Oh yeah, they have not changed the board, the Crepe Supreme is under the Hummus price". I find it very strange but I did not have time to argue as I needed to take my flight. The Crepe was Ok.
They gave me mushy and shriveled blueberries on top of my yogurt. Honestly nasty.
God bless these 3 ladies- they are machines. Hundreds of people are lined up on a Friday morning, I've seen better staffed places move at half the speed. These ladies are great at their job.
Don't go here. They literally gave me an old smoothie then said it was fresh this location needs new management. The employees literally do not care about the customer and they don't care about the job. They should be replaced with AI this job can totally be automated.
The food is so good I've never had a crepe so crispy and they have a choice of sweet or savory. I got the chipotle chicken melt and a smoothie and it's out of this world and the staff is very sweet.
So the froyo itslef is not great. It's not creamy or very flavorful. The service is fine. Pretty much what you should expect from any fast food place.\\nThe berries are nice. I've not tried the crepes but they are most certainly not freshly made. .
Factory-made crepe that is warmed on a crepe griddle. The strawberry banana Nutella had very little fillings. You can pay for full or “half”. I paid for full size. I sure would hate to see the half size!! By the time they are done making it, the crepe is so crispy it is hard to eat. Plastic fork and knife cannot cut it.
