Drive the few extra miles/minutes and go to a different location. This place used to be my go-to for fresh salads and entrees, but today they served me cold, hard, and possibly rotten or old chicken! I door dashed an order for lunch at my office. I ordered a salad along with their almond-crusted chicken entree. The chicken was shockingly very hard and had a visible greenish tint on a couple of them, which I tried my best to capture in the attached photo. I wouldn't be surprised if the greenish color is actually in fact mold, given how rock hard it was! I called the store and asked to speak with the manager and was told that she would not be available until 3 p.m. If you're visiting this place, be cognizant and aware of what the hell they're serving you. I would not recommend ordering delivery from here or picking up your food without first examining it, because these people cannot be trusted! This Fresh 2 Order location needs to do better and try to live up to the name of their establishment! NOTHING was fresh about my food! It is TOTALLY unfair to take someone's hard earned money only to give them food you know YOU wouldn't even eat!
Online order and the chicken sandwich had less than an ounce of meat on it...Wish I did not even leave a 20% tip awful sandwich and small portion sides
After a couple of days of rich and soulful food we really needed some greens. Fresh to Order’s supergreens Asian salad was just what we needed. This was a BIG salad, definitely got our money’s worth compared to other fast casual salad chains. The roasted veggie sandwich was delicious as well. We got these with the Mediterranean quinoa salad and the garlic jack grit cake, which could have been a meal on their own! All the flavors were delicious, ingredients tasted fresh and the portion sizes were large which meant a great value. Would return next time we need a great salad in Atlanta.
Great healthy food but horrible ??manager. Even though I offered to show my license to show proof of my birthday to get the $5 birthday discount, manager made no effort to save me money and said "You can just scan the code on the flyer by the register and get a discount NEXT YEAR!"? Cashier was very sweet though? so I stayed to eat.
Great quality food and a price to match. Staff was great. Cashier was friendly and had some good jokes. The chicken tenders and almond chicken skewer dishes were 10/10
At one point of time this place was great. Now it’s average at best. Food is bland and salads are not what they use to be. Better places to spend your money on in the area. Will not return.
Had an amazing dinner with a friend a the service was great. Thank you Fresh To Order, Rennetta, and staff look forward to coming back again.
The food here is wonderful if you are on your health kick here is the place for you the food here is very good and clean eating is the way to go
Wonderful food, good location. Just be careful to double check your order before you leave. Every time I go, I order online, and pay for extra sauce. The extra sauce is ALWAYS left off even though I’ve paid ahead. Slightly annoying, but the good food is worth it.
The only reason I’m giving f2o 1 star is because Google won’t let me give it 0 stars. Horrendous establishment with poor service and zero regard for dietary restrictions. The first time I went here I ordered lunch and made certain that nothing I ordered had tree nuts. Secondly, I notified the cashier that I had a severe tree nut allergy and she said she would take it into consideration. 1 hour later, 2 epi pen shots, Benadryl and a >$100 ER bill later, my reaction was under control. I tend to think I’m a generally forgiving person, so I gave f2o another shot. SAME THING HAPPENED. I told a family member about this, and she went to another location, asked for a salad without nuts. When she received the salad, it was littered with nuts so she kindly asked for the salad to be remade without nuts. She then watched the employee scrape off the nuts with a fork and return the salad to her. I wish more than anything that this establishment would close down but sadly the only action I can take is to provide an honest 0 star review.
