I wasnât pleased having to wait 45 minutes to be seated when I had a 9pm reservation. The hostess seem confused and could not give me a reason why. Do better Fogo De Chao.

My partner and I are on vacation celebrating our anniversary. I had a wonderful time and the steak selection was great!
I have been going to Fogo on Piedmont 8 or 9 times a year for a very long time. Since Covid the poor service has been more and more difficult to ignore. The lack of meat options as the waiters travel the room has become more and more apparent. It has taken longer and longer to get refills on drinks and side items. We waited this time for over 15 minutes at one point midway through our meal for someone to offer any meat. We only had one drink and never had water refills because nobody checked on us. When the meats did come, they were flavorful as always and really, really good, just had a low variety of options. We will try the other location before giving up.
This was a great experience and the food was amazing.
FdC has jumped the shark. The food was okay, but service was terribly slow - or non existent at times. Had to ask for plates, had to ask for plates to be cleared, waited for drinks, etc. Very noisy, with large parties and even crying babies. I don't need to go back for a long, long time.
The experience was one of the best we have had in years. My husband was very impressed for his birthday dinner.

My first brunch experience here and my party is three enjoyed the different offerings!! Our waiter JP is the Best and took really great care of us from the moment that we sat down. Request him if he's there when you visit!
