This restaurant is the best sandwich shop! They always make my sandwich correct, the staff knows me personally because I order from here everyday! The staff even knows my favorite drink! And the staff’s customer service is remarkable!
This location is trash. I went there Sunday ato purchase two sandwiches. Tmobile/Firesub had a deal for a free sandwich witu any purchase. I placed my order and told cashier dude I'm icing my Tmobile deal. He then SAID thie location stopped accepting the deal. I informed him it doesn't expire until next day but he said I know but we stopped accepting it yesterday. Trash! I just said w/e and kept it moving. Then, I took a good look aroundand realized it was probably for the best.
My Son and I had a great time at this Firehouse Subs. The food and Customer Service was Awesome!!!!
TL;DR: Girl at cash register is horrendous. Don’t just take my word for it - read other 1 star reviews. Their customer service needs some serious evaluation.Speaking from a Uber Eats driver perspective, the service here is horrible. First of all, the order took over 25 minutes to finish. But that wasn’t the worst part. The order had 4 bottles of water and 1 soda so I asked them to gather those items while the sandwiches were being finished. They directed me to the girl at the cash register. This girl has a horrendous attitude. First, she couldn’t be bothered to lift a finger. I asked for a bag to hold the 4 water bottles - someone else down the line who was busy making sandwiches got the bag while the cash register girl just stood there. Then I was told to put the bottles in the bag myself and fill the soda order myself. Literally every other place I Uber Eats deliver with has the drinks ready. It is not my job to do that. Then while I’m still waiting for the sandwiches, the girl at the cash register starts relaying the story to her co-workers that I dared to ask for a bag to help carry the order, very clearly making fun of me. I was out of her sight but then I stepped into her eye line and said “I’m still here”. My saying that wasn’t enough for her to stop. She says “maybe if you had a better attitude, people wouldn’t make fun of you”. I replied saying I was just asking for them to do their jobs and when they didn’t do that, I did it myself. I’m not sure if the manager was present - there was one guy wearing a red shirt while all the other employees were wearing black. If he’s the manager, he just sat there and listened to his employees make fun of a customer. Firehouse, please consider reprimanding or even firing employees that make customers feel horrible. I will not be accepting any delivery orders from this location from now on.
This particular firehouse has issues. I have not had 1 correct order in this place... ever...Today a co worker wanted to go here, so I decided to try again... well, when they messed up my order today, they decided to give attitude and tell me I ordered it wrong..Please fo somewhere else. If you choose to go here, best of luck withthis bunch of clowns.
Good subs. A small filled me up. Tasty sandwiches. Mac n cheese was hot. Fast service
I go here often and almost always have a good experience. They get the order right and it tastes good 99/100, so I’m definitely not going to complain. They get you in and out quickly, especially if you order on the app, which I am also not going to complain about. If you have been to a firehouse subs before, you know what you’re getting here, which is a standard hot sub with a good amount of substance to the sandwich. They don’t skimp on meat or veggies. Good place to drop by for lunch!
Did takeout. Took about 10 minutes to make. Subs are always awesome! Favorite is the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket. The specialty sides are very average like a 3/5. I prefer the chili over the mac and cheese. Imo, mac and cheese is too cheesy. The chili literally tastes like the Campbell chunky chili mac can I get from Kroger, so it's not really worth it. Brownies aren't worth it either.tl;dr:Go here for the subs and nothing else unless you're very hungry.
Lost my online order, had to wait about 40 minutes in the restaurant for them to remake it. Once they finally had remade it, they gave me a smaller sandwich then I paid for AND it was the wrong sandwich AND they did not give me a pickle. Very disappointing
There are several food choices in this FIREHOUSE Plaza. I prefer the New Yorker by passing g the other eateries
