Worst one I've ever been to. Staff takes too long to take orders, make orders, etc. Ended up leaving.
The food is always good! Like most firehouse locations, it can take a little longer than expected. I would recommend ordering ahead of time. I would love to see them start adding some more tables/chairs. Sitting by myself at a 4 top always makes me feel bad when groups cannot find seating. Parking is not that bad, if people knew how to exit via Akers Mill. Maybe some directional signage would be beneficial!
Good staff, excellent food, reasonable prices. All around good Firehouse Subs experience. Building is a little old but kept very clean. Only complaint is that it can be a little hard to get in and out of the parking lot.
Back again today AND I was selected for name of the day with letter C! Absolutely LOVE this location! Service is great and food is always on top!!!❤❤

The subs and service wouldve have received a 5star rating if I wouldve received the mac n cheese i paid for.
Even during a busy lunch hour they were on the ball. I usually avoid Firehouse subs because of the wait. But they hustled along really good at this location.
Team leader on site was professional and courteous. Will return. Entry and exit off parkway terrible.
The food is fine, but my online order was 30 minutes behind schedule which was not ideal during a busy work day.
Exceptional service from the three nice women that were running the show the night I stopped in. I believe one went by “Aunt Maggie”. They were incredibly helpful and food came out great!! ?
