They have a variety of sweets and it’s convenient that patrons are able to get a slice of a cake instead of purchasing the whole thing.However, the cost for one slice, nearly $7, seems overpriced.This location needs to fix their customer service. It’s unfortunate that the bakery is located in a busy area. They will definitely lose a significant amount of customers in the future if they don’t get it together.
Their customer service is not good and I’m not saying this because I had one bad experience I have ordered from them before and they just keep on disappointing me every time I go, the order is either not ready or they can’t ever find it ! Very unorganized!!!!
Arrived to pick up my sons cake and was very disappointed with the picture and the taste of the cake. The picture of the trucks were faded with green tint and didn’t look fresh at all. In the past they use to do a fantastic job with pictures, not sure if they hired a new chief but it did not look like it used to. Then after tasting the cake I couldn’t believe it it was dry and barely any flavoring…. ?♀️
This bakery is fantastic. Everything I've ever had from. Here has been great. Try the different flavors of tres Leche! Fresh and delish
Worst cake I have ever had. The frosting tasted like pure food coloring, the cake was dripping and it was not even. What a waste of money and an embarrassment of a birthday cake. I had to take out all the frosting to see if it was even eatable. Smh!
it was not ready on time it was an hour late and I found a hair in my visitor cake I felt really bad. I don’t recommend it??
Icing tasted funny, i asked for alomond milk because im lactose intolerence and they gave me whole milk. dont recommand this place. also they delayed me fpr 2.5 hours
bad cake condition, icing melted and blamed the customer. bad customer service. didn’t even care don’t buy cakes from them

Bad customer service, blamed the customer for their fault. Bad customer service. Wanted regular icing and they gave me ice cream frosting and thats not what i wanted. Dont buy their cakes
