Food and drinks are always tasty. Not noisy and the seating arrangement was great for us and our infant.
The restaurant music speakers are so loud, the acoustics from high non insulated walls intensified the noise level, making my boyfriend and I uncomfortable not to mention the temperature inside was awfully warm and stuffy. It was cooler outside than inside and it was a mid 80 degree day. Food and service was good although soda in a can is sort of lousy to serve LOL.
This review is long overdue. Absolutely love the pizza and the people at Emmy Squared! My husband and I eat here or order take out multiple times a month. Everything on the menu is good. I asked Emmy Squared to cater a school event for kids with a variety of dietary restrictions and allergies, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and each student had something they could enjoy. Their customer service for the event was excellent. A neighborhood gem.

The pizza is delicious but our service was terrible. After waiting almost an hour for our food, we asked the waiter when we may expect our food to which he replied, “don’t ask me about time frames. You’ll get your food when you get it”. He also threw another employee under the bus after we were told that they were out of Italian sausage (which we ordered on both pizzas) and he claimed he told the kitchen our preferred substitution but he clearly didn’t and another employee had to ask us again what our substitution was and the waiter proceeded to shoo him away and said, “he doesn’t know what he’s talking about, he’s clueless”. This probably explains why our order took so long to come out. Will not be going back.
This is one of my favorite restaurants. The only reason they did not receive a 5-star review on this visit is that there were brunch items unavailable because the bartender had not arrived.
Detroit style pizza done right. Great salads. Server very attentive. Energetic noise level
Pizza is great. Definitely more “Detroit” style than anything else. Friendly server. Relatively little wait on the food, but it was 4:30p so not a lot of customers.
The food was Amazing!! We had the fried green tomatoes with the two delicious dipping sauces, the pomegranate frozen margarita was Great (good mix), and the Caesar salad was the best I’ve ever eaten in the Atlanta area!! And the pizza was good too…., we will be back!!!
Such a disappointment. Food is good. Service awful. Never got some of our food. Cancelled the rest of the order and left.
