Great Mexican food and great service! It’s a total vibe on the patio so make sure to grab a seat there!
Waited over an hour for my main entree and was told my order got lost. The server was apologetic and asked if there was anything they could do. At that point, I just wanted to pay for my starter (I had already paid for the entire meal at this point) and leave. The server came back and voided the entire transaction which I appreciated. I also liked that the servers kept an eye on me and made sure my glass stayed full. I may come back on a different day because I had been told the food is good. The chips and bean dip I did get were good.
$+ Food was very good. Service was outstanding and the open air atmosphere was comfortable and fun. I'd recommend trying this place. If this helps you in any way please like my rating. Thanks
There was a huge crowd already already there on a late Sunday afternoon. We arrived at about 6:35 PM. My date and I were informed that there would be a 30 minute wait, which was fine. We ordered the loaded nachos and I added beef to it. I had a large margarita, hard tacos, soft tacos, rice, beans and water. The portions were a decent size for the price and the leftovers were just as good the next day! Our server was very pleasant as well. Highly recommended if you like good food.
Really really disappointed! This was our second experience with this restaurant and this time it was particularly bad.The first time we ate here, the food was just WAY too salty, but I figured it was just an off day for them because I’ve heard people rave about this place and particularly recommend it for their vegan options! So last night, we decided to try it again and I had high hopes! I called at 7 PM to place an order for pickup. I was on hold for a while, which was fine because I figured they were probably busy with dinner rush. However, the woman who answered the phone was incredibly short, rude, and unwelcoming. I felt like she was so bothered to be on the phone with me. I only ordered 3 items. The vegan changa and tres hermanas burrito are already supposed to be vegan as they come and then I requested the chile poblano to be made vegan by using tofu as the protein and using no cheese or queso. My partner goes to pick up the food. The chile poblano had been made with chicken instead of tofu. When he points this out to the staff, they said it would take 40 minutes to remake that dish for us. No problem, we just got a refund for it instead. They were completely unapologetic though and just weren’t particularly polite. So we get home with the chimichanga and burrito. I immediately bite into my vegan burrito, and there is a piece of meat. The tres hermanos burrito is only supposed to contain vegetables. I unravel the burrito to see if it was just a random piece and find a few pieces of meat throughout the burrito. I have attached a picture of the pieces of meat I pulled out of my burrito because I was just in disbelief. I suppose it could have been an accident, but I’m not sure how that happens on a vegan marked menu item and it wasn’t just one piece. I didn’t finish my food after that. My partner enjoyed his chimichanga though, so that’s the reason for the 2 stars. With the rude staff, wrong order, and then finding meat in a vegan marked dish, we certainly won’t be coming back to this establishment. I’m just so incredibly disappointed.
I went to Elmyriachi for the first time recently, and it was a pretty rough experience. We arrived at the restaurant and waited for approximately thirty minutes to get in, which in itself wasn't a problem. It was dinnertime on a weekend, so a medium-sized wait isn't an unreasonable thing. Our server, when we were seated, seemed perfectly pleasant, and advised us that the kitchen was "running a little behind". Again, this wasn't a big deal, and we expected to wait an extra 15-20 minutes for a our food. Alas, we were sorely mistaken.Thirty minutes in, we were hungry, but tried to be understanding, as we munched on chips and salsa. An hour in, we were baffled, as was the rest of the dining room, who also seemed to be haplessly making the most of their own chips and salsa. Ninety minutes in, we were incredulous and starving, and opted to take our meal home as soon as it came out.. The food was fine, but not the kind of stuff that's worth waiting two hours for.The problem with this entire situation wasn't even the wait, but a general lack of transparency and communication. Our waitress did her best, but didn't really have any useful information for us as the wait dragged on. The fact that the kitchen was running over an hour behind schedule should have been communicated to us before we even sat down so that we could have made a more informed decision about whether to stick around or to go elsewhere. Sadly, it wasn't, and this entire episode was pretty miserable as a result.I don't really see myself going back, but for the sake of future diners, I hope whatever happened that day gets sorted out soon.
Excellent food and service!~ 1st time here but won't be our last. Food was DELICIOUS!~ I highly recommend the fried pork skins.
Service was just awesome at the bar. Very pleasant and polite. She is a great conversationalist. Thank you so much.
The food was really good. My friend is vegan and I am vegetarian. It worked out well. I got the Crispy tacos with beyond meat and she got vegan enchiladas. One bad thing the corn isn't roasted as you would think. Oo and the margarita was very strong. We both loved our food. The service was trash. We still tipped but it was rather disappointing. Their was a bigger table near us and their waiter was over there often and very attentive to their needs. She got there a little before me and was seated. We waited another 15 mins after I got there to be greeted. He didn't explain the up charge for guac or sour cream. Didn't check on us and even took a while to bring the checks and bring our cards back. Again we tipped but he was trash.
Love it here! Their tacos and queso are both very good! I highly recommend this place!
