I love the taste of bagel. Today we enjoyed the Turkey and Farmhouse Bagels. All tasty and delicious. Fast service too.
First time at Einstein Brothers. Customer service was on par with the location and time of morning. I've visited New York City and eaten bagels in the city. This was not reminiscent of one of those times. Tough and stale. Both the cheddar jalapeno and cinnamon raisin.
Brought home on a Monday…..That’s the trick. Great service . Best price . Get the app and a dozen is way cheaper. The bagels sell so fast that they are incredible. My son in law wanted to know where I bought them. Keep it up Einstein the secret is out!
Sweet bagels tasted savory, hot chocolate was extremely small for price and completely cold. Never had either of these issues at other locations
If you want to elevate your morning meeting breakfast for your team, order from Einsteins. I like the Dunwoody location. The food is amazing and they are great at having it available when you are ready. Don’t call them though, just order online. They don’t like to answer the phone that’s the only downside to this location.
I've only ever come here in the morning, and if they're open (because they randomly close) you're gonna end up waiting an hour in the drive through just to put your order in.Edit: Management and service are good, but the speed and drive through experience still leaves a lot to be desired. Upgraded from 1 to 2 stars. I may give them another chance. The drive through speakers apparently go down from time to time, but no signage was posted
Nice people but this store is incredibly dirty. Carpets and tile are caked with dirt and grime, crumbs everywhere. Hard to trust food cleanliness with that going on.
I remember now why I hate going to Einstein bros.... went here for the new "Texas brisket bagel" bc it looked very delicious, on the website that is.... after sitting through the drive-thru for 25 mins to finally order, I get home to see this. If you don't have the right bagel say something. So I get a stale fake Jalapeno bagel instead... 12/6/21
Bagels are wonderful, coffee is not great. Employees are great...except for 1 employee who did not have a mask on and who seemed totally discombobulated. If a customer is ordering 6 bagels and the employee keeps trying to put all 6 into a single serve bagel bag... One must assume that this employee is either a complete dope or is on dope. I'm leaning towards he's just a dope. And all employees should be wearing a mask over their mouth and nose as the mask is not meant to keep the neck warm. ???
I haven’t had these bagels since I was going to school at the University of Tampa so it was a great nostalgic time since they don’t have them in the northeast. I love how many options they’ve come up with over the past few years and the service is so friendly and fast. I’m lucky enough to have seen the king and queen buildings across the street as well.
