When I called this location the girl that answered the phone was obviously already in a mood, when I asked her a question about changing the bagel flavor in the dozen box instead of having the pre selected flavors she called over another employee and asked her the question. Now I don’t know if she thought she put me on hold but she most certainly did not and I was able to hear the attitude they both had about this simple question. The second girl then told the first girl “TELL HER THAT WE DONT LET PEOPLE CHOOSE THE FLAVOR OF THE BAGELS FOR A REASON.” This was a confusing answer because what could possibly be the reason of not letting someone choose their own flavors of the bagels that they are paying for. I then asked if there was anyway we could just get rid of the chocolate chip bagels and replace them with a more savory flavor, the second girl then said “WE DONT EVEN HAVE CHOCOLATE CHIP BAGELS RIGHT NOW” at this point I hung up. Very bad customer service and very bad attitudes.
Loud cashier or customer rep may have hearing loss as she mixed up my order. It was still good so I gave this a generous 4 stars. She did offer to make me a new sandwich.
Food was fresh and delicious! Person taking my order/money was friendly and pleasant.Update: I dropped 2 stars because this morning at the drive thru, I saw the person taking my money allow a customer to come behind the counter (no mask, no gloves) and refill his own drink. Now, if it was pre-Covid, I wouldn't think anything of it, but considering we are dealing with this pandemic, that made me uneasy. I have a family to think of, and I take things like that way more seriously. Now I love this location and the friendly staff, but if you guys could please take the time to remind your employees how important that it is to prevent the spread of germs and possible Covid, I would be most appreciative!
The ladies there were awsome to my wife. My wife had a hiccup with her order place on line with another Einstein location that never opened up to receive her bagels on February 14th. THIS location was kind enough to fulfill my order on the spot after placing a call about her dilemma. She as able to provide breakfast for our daughter's Elementary school faculty and staff. Thank you so much!
I visited this Saturday and placed my order. When I arrived at work I had an item missing. I also tipped for the poor service I received. When I called I was told I had to return to the store. She also kept calling me sweetheart, REALLY!? I am not your sweetheart! I am at work and cannot leave. If I could I would be wasting my time and gas to retrieve an item the someone should have put in the bag to start with, duh!!! They're swill went in the trash and I will never darken their doors again customer no service!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you understand that sweetheart?
It was my second time going. It's really good. Wide selection of bagel flavors toasted just right. Hits the spot. I just wish they would bring back the Bagelrito. It's like a bagel calzone. Yum!

Bagels are always A1 delicious! Staff are super nice and were definitely inbthe Christmas spirit!
They are always decent when I need a bagel fix not the best but definitely better than grocery store.
One hint -- avocado toast on a bagel. So good you won't believe it.
