These are truly some Einstein employees that knows just what a customer wants! Great recommendations and a wonderful staff. If you’re not a morning person this is a great place to go to start your day. Friendly staff and clean establishment. Thank you for my apple cinnamon farmhouse bagel!!
This would be one of my favorite eateries, but the N Druid location has two female employees in the afternoons that could care less about the customer experience and I just didn’t appreciate it. Understandably with 20 minutes til close, fresh bagels cannot be made and you may have to substitute your favorite bagel but to disclose unapologetically “ain’t no mo eggs” without a polite greeting and your coworker visibly tapping away on her phone, your experience is no longer 10/10. To proceed to tell me that you’ve already “broken down” as if to justify the situation was even more insult to injury. The exchange completely deterred my enthusiasm to support the establishment.Hopefully management becomes aware of this behavior and can motivate their team to be more involved in the customer experience. I hate spending my money when i’m not appreciated.
The food was good and hot. It was clean and the bathroom was clean as well. My i sister and I were there when they first open.
The cashier is rude as can be. Always talks to you with so much attitude like she's doing you a favor. Completely unacceptable. Looking at the previous reviews from others and it seems like this location has its issues. Get your stuff together Einstein otherwise you'll be losing a whole lot more customers....
On Feb 12th, my wife placed an order on line at the Einstein Bagels at Brighton Park. THEY NEVER OPEN FOR ME RECEIVE MY BAGEL AT 6:30 IN THE MORNING! The hours of operation were displayed on the building and the website for 5am! She had to call another Einstein location to place a quick order. She was providing breakfast for our daughter's Elementary school faculty and staff for Valentine's day. I have email the company for a refund. I am still waiting for a response.

Consistently have to wait 30 minutes or longer for small orders–even for to go orders placed well in advanced. Don't think I'm coming back here any more.
Einstein may be on the building but he’s definitely not inside of this one. I had the hardest time ordering a Turkey n cheddar. For some reason the young lady rang up every bagel except the Turkey n cheddar. Couldn’t even find it on the board as I’m pointing it out. Needless to say I never got a Turkey n cheddar. Ended up with a deli Turkey. I Also ordered 2 other bagels one of which was the last in stock and got bought by someone else as soon as I ordered mine but I was never notified. The guy working says he tried to get my attention but he didn’t and instead opted to give me nothing as a replacement. Not even a refund. He was going to allow me to leave a bagel short and without a refund. I came back and insisted he refund my money to which he tried to rudely rectify his poor decision. Never coming back to this Einsteinless establishment.
This morning at 530 am I went to get breakfast for me and my boyfriend. It was an unfortunate experience to say the least. I attempted to order from the woman behind the counter. She was doing 100000 things instead of taking my order at the register, which of course led her to incorrectly relaying what I wanted to the adjacent staff. So now I’m back home with an almond smear bagel when i asked for plain. And the amount of cream cheese she put on it was ungodly. By the time I got home the whole bagel was soggy. AND! The avocado on my bagel was brown. I’ve never known Einstein to glob avocado on the bagel. Usually it’s in slices. Anyway. Needless to say, I won’t be back!
This place is a must!! The food is to die for and the coffee is superb. Service is excellent and super friendly. I wish I could come here every day.
