I would actually give them 3 1/2 stars. I do like their bagels, but my problem is availability. Anytime you go here after 11 good luck finding any good bagels because there is none. And if it’s after 12 there might not be any bagels at all. I just walked out of the store now at 12:16 because there is not a single bagel in the case. And they said they weren’t making any more so why are you still open. Whoever owns this would make more money if they would keep making bagels they’re cutting themselves short from a business perspective and customer satisfaction perspective.
First time ordering from Einstein bagels in Smyrna Georgia today. I would have to rate it 2 thumbs down ?? ??. I started off using my online app that I’ve used for the Einstein bagels in Alpharetta Georgia.Such ease with using the app ; I was able to order the items I wanted. I followed the instructions so when I arrived at the store I left my lights on and somebody brought out my order immediately. The lid to the hot coffee was not secure so when I took it from the store clerk it ended up spilling onto me and into the driver seat. ? That was unfortunate! Then I looked into the bag to make sure everything I ordered was in the bag. I then discovered I was missing my bagel w/cream cheese! So, I so nicely walked into the store and told them I was missing 1 item and they immediately rectified it. You can imagine my disappointment when I arrived at my destination approximately 3 minutes later & took out my bagel to bite into it only to discover it was incredibly hard to chew. Now, I am a connoisseur of bagels from all over the world. As I’ve stated previously I have shopped/dined at Einstein bagels in the Alpharetta, Georgia location. I’ve never had a more chewy bagel in all my life: then at the Smyrna Georgia location. Never again! Readers use extreme caution when dining at the Einstein bagels restaurant in Smyrna Georgia it’s not worth your money or time.
The staff in this location really knows how to make a good sandwich. Their chorizo sunrise is just so satisfying!
So close and convenient. Left my smear there this morning and they have it waiting before my wife to pickup. Lol

I love the bagels, etc the cashiers need a course in customer service. I've never been in an Einstein's where u could not get coffee refills. Here, the charge you!!

Just visiting Atlanta for a work trip. Ended up eating breakfast here on all but the first day. Definitely would recomend.
