The one at ATL airport. Near D15. 30 minute line. Only 3 people serving and taking their sweet time. Self order kiosk slows down ordering as nobody knows how to navigate. Fruitcups marked 04/28 were sour. Probably just changed the lids. Bagel chewy. Told the lady they needed to ask for help due to the line to which she replied, "it's always like this."Well, case and point that they don't care. Especially for the money I just paid. What a joke.
Line was slow. Took about 30 minutes for 15 people or less. Actually most of the line progression was due to the fact people lost patience and went somewhere else. Down to one kiosk for ordering. Even at 2 it won’t be enough. The old people cannot handle the kiosk. Take them out please and put in humans. Coffee tasted like water.
Line at airport was very long (7am timeframe on a Monday), waited 45 minutes but not many other breakfast choices. Had kiosks vs. someone to take orders, which slowed process considerably. Food was good!
Love this place and food used to be regular at another location. I did not give 5 due to only having self service machine and they do not let you change sandwiches. Example ham egg and cheese. I don't like swiss. Wanted cheddar. Can't do that. Staff was very nice to change it. Also since self machines were not clean. Could see all kinds of hand prints. Washed hands immediately
Einstein makes the best bagels ever, but there was a really long wait for two toasted bagels with cream cheese and they put an obscene amount of cream cheese on our bagels. It oozed out all over the place and made a mess.
Staff was very slow and not attentive to customer needs. Customers were waiting I got line for 30 minutes waiting for a bagel, banana or coffee cup. Your establishment serves bagels and coffee but it took me over 45 minutes to get a cup of coffee and I had to wait an additional 15 for a bagel.This wait time is ridiculous. Only one Kiosk is in working order. It’s the peak of breakfast hours at one of the busiest airports in country and you only staffed your store with two people for the breakfast rush. They were very frustrated and rude! I will not ever order from Einstein Bagels again.
I have worked in the airport since March 2021 and I always have a nice break at Einstein but why in the world did y'all take the QR Scan code away and why can't I order online or on the app. Please fix this. Even if you just do it for airport employees that's fine. But please bring the QR code back. PLEASE
The freshness of the bagel In the morning was great. Disappointed that my favorite salmon cream cheese was not available. Very busy corner in D-concourse at ATL, wait time after order was between 15-20 for those that had ordered bagels or morning sandwich. If you have a tight connection maybe you have to forego.
LONG WAIT: 30 minute unannounced wait for a $10 bagel- no idea what the issue was but the pickup line just kept growing and growing. Make sure to ask them how long before you order (in case you have a flight to catch)
Absolutely horrendous. I recieved the equivalent of 5 slices of cheese with this one bagel sandwich. Very disappointed because I’ve had much better quality at other Einstein’s.
