The manager there is terrible! I placed an order and the manager took my order through the drive-through and she automatically upped charge me for a sandwich that I did not ask for. I couldn’t understand why the total was different it just the taxes didn’t make sense for it to be the suggested amount so I called the store after I figured out that she gave me additional items on my sandwich that I didn’t ask for. When I called I didn’t know she was a manager and she picked up. I wasn’t even trying to get the girl in trouble I just thought it was important for them to understand that they shouldn’t be up charging customers For things that they do not want given the circumstances with the economy right now. She was rude she cut me off several times and she didn’t listen to anything she just had an attitude. That lady should not be a manager of the store may be a regular employee and to be honest her conduct is so terrible I wouldn’t even hire as a employee. In fact the employee that answered the phone for me was more polite than she was. Even when she took my order in the drive-through she was rude and condescending but I tried to ignore it.
Every time I come to this location something is always wrong with their system. This is the 4th time I come around 1-1:30 and they start having technical difficulties. Yeah okay. Seems more like the staff wanting to close early everyday. This is ridiculous. I drive too far just to be ignored and then eventually turned away. Change your closing time to 1 - 1:30 instead of 2 to avoid wasting people’s time.
Very delicious bagels. They have a good coffee also. I love this spot for a nice bagel sandwich I wish they were open more
Was looking for Starbucks and wound up in here instead...glad I did...the Farmhouse bagel was so good I almost built a Farmhouse
They provide amazingly efficient and pleasant service and food is great. My only issue is I just got a car and are now placing my orders in the drive through instead of uber eats. I’ve order through the drive theough twice since I started driving a week ago, and each time I’ve ordered a turkey & cheddar cheese + plus an additional item. And each time, instead of the turkey & cheese I’ve recieved what I believe is their turkey-sausage-cheddar breakfast item. They don’t even look similar so I’m trying to understand how this is the one I’ve received both times… It’s very tasty, but it’s not what I ordered. I don’t feel confident in ordering the Turkey and cheese again lol!
When I tell you it's fantastic to know a place that service's THE BEST bagels in the Georgia state. And Ne Ne was so awesome with her serviceto my Mum and I. Thank you. And she made our Bagel Egg White Avocado Spread with crispy bacon!! Mmmmmm
The food was cold after taking 30 minutes to make and to top it off the cashier was very unpleasant. The next time we have a taste for bagels we will travel much further to get decent customer service.
Be prepared for light to no cream cheese when you order cream cheese.
Pretty cool place. I ordered the Turkey Sausage with 2 eggs on an Asiago Bagel. My wife ordered an Onion Bagel with onion Cream Cheese and a Cinnamon Raisin Bagel with Honey Almond Cream Cheese. Everything tasted good at best. Its just something about the chain Bagel shops as they relate to mom and pop shops, just no comparison. Mom and pop shops do something special to their begals that just make them taste outta this world!! Einstein Bros. was still good for what it is.
