The drive thru attendant was outside with friends,he told me there was no donuts that kitchen was closed,I ordered a French vanilla iced coffee, when I came around to window he was stirring it and I handed my card to pay he said " don't worry your good " I said okay thank you, I took a sip of it and it had alot of sugar and it tasted like cigarettes I have no doubt in my mind he spit in it. I know I shouldn't have stopped there,iam disgusted.
If you can get to any other location, do so. This location is ALWAYS closing before their close time (9 PM). I recently placed an order online and arrived to the store at 7:40 PM only to find that the location was closed. It was highly disappointing and I had to contact corporate to get my money back. They’re also always keeping the doors closed, like they only want to cater to those driving through. The employees will literally be standing in the store during hours of operation mouthing that they’re closed. I’m not sure what’s going on here, but this location needs to shut down because it seems like the workers don’t want to work.
Firstly, Aderica was really good on my most recent visit. My low rating is for the place as a whole majority of the time. Something is always broke or out of stock & they have you waiting forever. Usually with unpleasant attitudes. Came in & waited 20+ minutes for a frozen drink to be re made that they messed up in drive thru & didn’t let me know til I asked that the blender was messed up & they were fixing it now, that’s what was taking so long. Still had to wait longer after that & there were surprisingly like 6 workers back there. Aderica stepped in while not on the clock & still trying to take orders & handled everything for me & apologized & upgraded my drink to the next size. 2 stars because every now & then, there are a couple of good workers but the food & drinks are hit or miss, mostly miss lately. I come to this one because it’s nearby but I’ll likely just start taking a drive to another.
They claim that their oven has been broken for over 2 weeks now. Unable to serve food. There’s no excuse for that.
How do you mess up COFFEE! The egg and cheese was stuck to wrapping and the croissant seemed stale
The employees were too busy disrespecting each other over the drive through speaker to take orders. Everytime I said excuse me or hello, they would tell me hold on. I guess they didn't realize I could hear them joshing around. Then when the female finally did take my order, she was rude. I got burned coffee as the result.This was a vanilla caramel coffee light & sweet with almond milk. As you can sadly see, it wasn't light... Nor was it sweet. I've tried to stomach the coffee as to not waste money. I just couldn't get past the burnt aftertaste. It's safe to say,I won't be going back there again. ?
I really wish they would close this location down! It’s a sore spot for the community. The customer service is a 0 each and every time! I don’t even know how to put into words how incompetent and rude the employees here are. The building in and out, is disgusting. You always see trash and cats everywhere. You can tell the management is non existent! HorribleFranchise
Duncan's mother used to be no one should ever eat a stale Dunkin donut. I guess they forgot about that value. This location has gone downhill over the past year. I hope they turn things around.
I give them 3 because the employees are great bunch of kings & Queens but i got 2 super watered down XL hot coffee a few days ago nd I couldn't get nothing about it. Normally I would give 5 stars
