Had a taste for some donuts ? and went there and they didn't have anything I wanted, I finally settled for some blueberry donuts, they were fresh and good, but it was early in the day and they were sold out and didn't seem in a hurry to make anymore.
Need to stop burning up the bacon. I LUV the new toasts AVOCADO and HUMMUS. EXCEPTIONALLY BLACK COFFEE. LOTS OF OTHER GOOD BREAKFAST FOODS
2nd time coming to this location, they DO NOT have app orders ready when you get there, no matter when you order it! I'm so tired of spending 15 extra minutes in this place because they don't realize I have a walk-in order until I actually walk-in, WHEN I ORDER AHEAD ON PURPOSE, and I specifically say to make it when I order it and not when I get there!! They still don't have it ready on time! They are a strictly drive thru restaurant!!! Ordering ahead thru the app will STILL have you WAITING!!!!
The lobby is closed. I'm creating this post from the drive-thru line. I've been sitting here for over 20 minutes for a cup of coffee. This location is helping me to break my coffee habit! Worst location I've been to in a long time. Coffee is made different almost every time. My muffin was stale last time I came. And they constantly run out of staple items.
I am a person who loves Dunkins but not today! I entered the Dunkin Drive through on Fulton Industrial near Camp Creek this afternoon around 3:30-4:00. There was one woman working there who explained that she had just come duty and she was cleaning up. She asked me to give her a few minutes. I did. I asked for a medium decaf with extra sugar and creme. It was about another 10 minutes before she came back to window with my coffee. I drove off a bit and tasted it. Yuck! and Yikes! It tasted of salt and cleaning solvent. I went back to the window. The same young woman was there and I explained what happened. I asked how this could gave happened? She didn't know. She made me another cup. Apparently, someone didn't clean the machine thoroughly or rinse it out well. Imagine, if I had taken more than a sip! I am a public health practitioner in the Atlanta area. This could have ended badly.Please make sure coffee machines are thoroughly cleaned and rinsed before making coffee! I've never had this happened to me before at a Dunkin!
Slllloooowwwwwwww!!!!! Should not take 15-20 minutes to get a drink in a drive-thru. This area of Atlanta is awful with customer service. Needless to say I had to leave the drive thru line at the 20 minute waiting mark
I have had a chance to read the reviews for this location, some are great and others not so much. My experience has been above average and great each time I come here. The manager and employee named Princess has made my experience outstanding. The young lady named Princess was very helpful and inviting while I waited for my order. She clearly explained the delay, while checking to ensure my order was completed correctly. My hat comes off to you young lady, people who have been in this industry a long time are unable to meet your level of professionalism. This restaurant is always clean, and nothing seems out of place. I drive commercial vehicles, so it's not easy finding a place to get great food along with awesome customer service. If I had one negative comment for this establishment, it would be that your not open 24hrs a day.?
I placed my order on line for walk in pick up. Got there and it was drive thru only. Get to the window pick up my food and my order was completely wrong. What I got was not what I ordered.Update:1/20/2022 And here we go again. Ordered egg and cheese and got a BACON egg and cheese, despite the ticket being correct.
It's a hit or miss .... I love them but they be low down sometimes.... The staff be having they days. One day they on it, flavor on point, food hot and crispy and the donuts fresh and moist... then the next donuts old and stale, coffee missing the sweet and the flavor, frappe giving slushy, and it's the same staff lol ....
